There is nobody who wants it. The Byzantines have been gone for hundreds of years an the city has been assimilated into and improved upon by Turkey who is now a global trading partner and member of NATO. There is no other nation that still has claims on it.
Turkey couldn't have the power of the US unless they already controlled far more land and there are plenty of countries that would go crazy with that kind of power but they don't have it and never will.
