The difference is that women look for status and resources out of their relationships. Robots provide neither.
Also sex is more psychological for women. They'd have a hard time submitting to the robot. It wouldn't be very exciting for them.
But maybe that if robots become advanced enough, they would accomplish some of what the betas were doing for women. Rendering betas even more pointless. It would free women from the betas even more, allowing them to focus on the alphas (which would be drowning in pussy).
