We need flyering, a printing of the party program, a PRESENCE. If we have a presence we can provide the final nudge and make people switch from the failed VVD to PVV.
If the PVV steals enough VVD seats the VVD might finally cave and support Wilders. Never trust the cuckservatives of the VVD, but a victorious PVV supported by a cooperative VVD and VNL and maybe SGP will do the trick.

The once indomitable Labour party which used to be 30-40 seats guaranteed every election has dwindled to 8, EIGHT seats in polls, while the left is fractured. The VVD leader vowed to "destroy" Wilders' "little party" over 6 years ago. Nothing has changed. They've been fighting him for decades now, with nothing to show for it, and they're despondent.

Geert, leader of the PVV is currently the party with the most votes.
But to have any kind of say, you need at least 75 + 1 of the 175 chairs in the house of representitives.
This means that usually party 1 and 2 get together to form the 75+1 chairs to push their agenda. This means they usually give some to each other and take some.
But, even tho Geert has around 42(?) chairs. The second and third follow-up refuse to work with him (they wont make a coalition with him). The second and third rather group up with the fourth and fifth (which actually never happens, but it can) to make a 75+1 chair team.
This means that even tho Geert is the biggest, voting on him is a lost vote. I know that the people that like him, really dislike to hear this, but its the truth.
Also, lots of the things Geert wants are unconstitutional. The only way is the change the constitution and to do that, he needs 100 votes/chairs in the house of repr. and a majority in the senate. Then the whole fucking parliament has to dismantle, which means the public can vote again. Then if the new coaliation has 75+1 votes and the majority of the senate agree, the constitution can change and only then.
The last time this was done succesfully was around 30 years ago, and this was only done to add to the constitution that the government has to dismantle before being able to make a change to the constitution.

As for your question, Wilders needs 76/150 seats to rule. Assuming he will win maybe 40 at best (which is a lot in the Dutch system), he will need 35 more. This will probably force him to seek alliance with VVD and CDA, something which failed 2 elections ago because Geert was backstabbed by these schemers. Some alternative scenarios (and more unlikely) include 50Plus (Wilders has a lot of points for old people too) and SGP, which could in the best case scenario get ~15 seats for 50Plus and 4 for SGP, so this could enable Wilders to rule without VVD. This will be a very unlikely path to victory though.
Most likely scenarios:
>PVV-VVD-CDA, a dangerous path with a lot of backstabbing involved
>All major parties refuse to cooperate and make their own coalition which will be horribly unstable because of the large amount of different parties needed, 1/2
