Pull-up's are for pussies
I do squats everyday
in the morning if you know what i mean

fp easily bp

>I do squats everyday

in the middle of the designated street.

Do you do these squats on the street?

We know you squat everyday to shit in the street, Apoo.

If you cant go from 20 straight pull ups to a set of ten with a 45 to 5 consecutive muscle ups you aren't white

Man I got to where I could do a set of 12 wide grip, dead hang, pronated pull ups back when I was doing them on the reg. Then I realized my pull up bar was wrecking my lousy door frame and I didn't want to get evicted for gains so I quit. Trump is president now so I will start again, fuck my jewish landlord.

Pull ups are literally as good as deadlifts. They make you feel alive and make you look forward to lifting or working out. Arnold said that if he could only do one exercise the rest of his life it would be pull ups.

Top jokester of subcontinent.

Got the joke.

Don't get jokes.

...

Fnaaaaar

based

I started pull ups, dips, push ups, etc about 6 months ago. Got a 20 pound belt, then moved on to a 50 pound vest.

I'll probably drop the vest once I get up up to 3x8 on each and try more difficult versions, working towards one arm pullup/pushups/etc. Not sure what to do about the dips though, those seem to require two hands.

>under 150
>can do a pullup

congratulations, you can lift hardly any weight

>one

holy shit what kind of weak ass can only do one pullup

if you can't do a minimum of 4 you can't even start like a real pt program

Upper body day right now.

>clean and jerk to a good double
>floor press or incline bench press
>pendlay rows or bb rows
>weighted pull ups
>weighted chins

I'm 6"4 104kg lad.

You do pull ups and chin ups on the same day?

thats no excuse fatbody, your strength should be congruent to your weight.

>over 150lbs
>not obese

pudoo patel of gujarat bringing the bants

I was able to cack out about 50 before the summer started, but finals fucked me up and I'm down to about 25. It's mostly just weight gains.

But I'm not a manlet.

Yep. I only train 3 days a week, two volume days (upper and lower) and one intensity day. Can't fit them in otherwise.

That is a chin-up not a pull-up and it is not you flabboi. I can do 77 chin-ups and I weigh 100kilos.

I'm lookin in your window now. You're no taller than 5'2"

>>under 150
>>can do a pullup

No one cares how much a 300 lb dude can lift. It's not relevant to anything. If a 300 lb dude benches 250 so fucking what? If a 150 lb dude benches 200 he's guaranteed to have a better body.

Chinups are stupid easy.

If you think that's a chin up, you're on crack. Don't try bullshit me faggot, that's more than the world record.

Wait, you do upper and lower twice per week and on the same day? Or you do upper once per week and lower once per week?

What do you do for lower?

Got any good gains bro?

>claims to be able to do 77 in one go but doesn't even know what they look like

manlets upset

I can't afford a gym membership so instead I have a kettlebell and do the Joe Rogan approved Extreme Kettlebell workout and lads i can barely move after yesterdays workout. from legs to shoulders to pecks it hurts so good.

fpbp, as usual.

You're 5'2"

nice balls tho bby

Does the one where you jump up count? If so, put me down for one.

Fatbois roasted

why are your traps so huge

>not doing muscle-ups
How's high school?

waste of energy. Stop falling for the /fit/ jews

too lethargic to go to the gym because of depression. I want to go so much but i procrastinate all the time, telling myself ill go tomorrow. Then the next day i wake up at like 1400 and my day is ruined.

Any tips to get me out of this rut?

Lower once per week and upper once per week (not on the same day), followed by 2 or 3 days rest, then an intensity day to set a 5 rep pr (except on the Olympic lift variations).

Rotate intensity days weekly.

Week 1
>clean
>push press
>deadlift
Week 2
>power jerk
>back squat
>floor press

I'm still an early intermediate, so I can get stronger on a week to week basis, but I'm going to have to change up to a monthly basis soon as I've been doing this for about 8 months.

Deadlift has gone from 180kg x 5 to 227.5kg x 5.

Deadlifts and olympic lifts.

fpbp

That's the joke, you fucking retard

Train at home or train at night.

>Indians
>funny
Pick 1.

That's weird as fuck

I do:
Chest and triceps on one day
Lower body next day
Shoulders, back and biceps 3rd day
Break on 4th day
Start over on the 5th day, possibly 6th if one of those days were bulking days

It's not a waste if they're also working on cardio and endurance, but from my experience, muh gains faggots hate cardio because it decreases their muscle mass and laugh at "wasting time" working on endurance. Then they wonder why their strength isn't beneficial outside of a weight bench when they run out of breath easily and can only use their strength for a few hard pushes before losing energy.

>you now realize "subcontinent" is code for "incontinent"

Looks like you're doing a bodybuilding style training.
My training program is my own modification of the texas method program, which is a really good intermediate level strength program. You can find a free pdf called "practical programming for strength training". It's about 400 pages, tells you a bunch of stuff of scientifically organising your training to make the best progress.

There is nothing weird about it mate. As an early intermediate you can go through stimulus to adaptation in one week.
So the the two volume days provide the stimulus, you take two days or 3 days off, then you can come in to pr since you've adapted and got stronger. Rinse and repeat until you slow down, then change your training.

Forgot to mention, the book isn't usually free, but someone has posted the pdf online.

Hence why I have olympic lifts in my training. And it's not a waste of time if you enjoy it. I'm probably in the gym for 4 or 5 hours per week, most people spend that amount of time per day just watching TV.

The hands don't matter...w i d e grip arched back and too much space means you are chin rowing the bar. That's a chinup.

That is also a chinup or dead arm hang.

Pull ups can be done with different arm spacing. That is not a chin up, my arm position is completely different.

I like you

>using a bar instead of two short ropes
It's like you're asking to be raped by muslims

>the hands don't matter
>the position of the hand and therefore the arm, which will affect the muscles used in the movement don't matter

4'9 taiwanese dyel manlet detected

I forgot to mention, the weights on the volume days are kept at about 80% of intensity day (so if intensity day weights go up, volume day weights go up to keep the 80% difference). So, for example, I squatted 160kg for 5 sets of 6 today, will squat 195kg for 1 set of 5 in 2 days for intensity day.

user, I wish my husband had your muscle tone. Time for me to go to

Chin relative to bar motion is a chinup. Chin rowing the bar hands forward or back is a chinup....especially with that w i d e grip. Koreans rule chinups and pullups.

Don't go to fit, 90% are a bunch of faggots.

Under rated.

Your back is sexy

The position of the chin has nothing to do with whether something is a chin up or pull up, it's the grip, arm position, and the muscles that are worked. Your chin is supposed to at least be in line with the bar in both movements. Pic related is a chin up.

some of us are intellectuals, meat-head.

Based comment. I applaud you for embracing your true nature

I'm French...183cm...98-100kg.

I'm studying at York university, pretty good uni. Nice try faggot.

too smart to party

Show your flabby arse cheeks fag

Congrats, you're retarded enough to do an ineffective routine designed for someone on copious amounts of eastern European bathtub pharma.

No, he's doing a routine for someone on gear. Stop calling it body building like 12 reps is some magic door to getting jacked. The key is tren, the door is your ass cheek.

Here you go faggot.

I can pull up my pants after I dump a hot load inside your mother. Now quit fucking around, I know you've got chores to do.

Sweet, cheers

>white people
>fit
lel

I can do 10 pull ups, and I weigh 155kg. Here is an image of me.

Also, this is mandatory for every man, it is so self-explanatory you should not even make thread over it

I don't see a timestamp on those tits

...

i can do about 8 in a row and im considered overweight.

ive never trained in my life either aside from highschool PE which i failed 5/6 years

When I say pull up, I mean a proper pull up. Slow and controlled with perfect form, not a shit show that is all over the place to try and grind out as many reps as possible.

You're a large lad.

For thine

I just did my first pull in over 13 years 2 days ago 205 lb. Lost 70 lbs this year.

I can do 2 pull ups in a row.

I can do 20-30, 160lb

I like to do several singles through the day. I'm at 30 now.

What the fuck is going on on your head?

I bet Sup Forums can't even cum from pull ups.
pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=771393511

Already doing 3x10 weighted pullups with 10kg/20lb. Goal is 40 lbs 3x10. One day I may.

well in that case i can do about 2 or 3 properly.

Gungrease and manliness, something you German folk have never heard of. Even on WW2 you guys sucked and lost

Show me a video and I'll believe it. I've seen Mikhail Koklvaev, one of the strongest strength athletes in the world, and Kirill Sarichev, a 335kg world record bencher, try and max out on pull ups and both did less than 10. Koklaev weighs about 150kg and Sarichev around 180kg.
Pic is Koklaev.

Calm down fatty.

Just so you know, the less you weigh, the easier it is to do bodyweight exercises.

What fucking honestly? Am I a world-record dude?

Nice man, keep it up.

you stole this photo from a thread yesterday, kill yourself faggot.

You should start strength training and see what you can do after a few years.

wtf

I can do like 5 good pull ups (79kg/175lb) for a single set

Could barely do a single chin up 6 months ago so progress I guess
