Paul Henry was active within Correct the Record as both "digital coordinator of social-media impression management" and "backend technical consultant" at least as early as 11 April 2016 and at least as late as 24 October 2016. I think it's fair to assume an unbroken post between those dates.
One of his subordinates purchased "aged accounts" for various social-media platforms from Internet-marketing forums. It's possible he used a few of those accounts himself, but he also posted as himself in a number of places, such as on the Daily Kos website:
