Its not really a call for a Crusade but its more then most of the other supposed Christian leaders are saying.
The problem is there is no Christian doctrine allowing the Pope to call for what we think of as a Crusade.
The best he can do is call for an armed pilgrimage to x, and the "pilgrims" happen to massacre anything that trys to block them.
