dying

I don't have income to avoid paying income tax

tfw the IRS comes to Sup Forums to learn how people might fuck them over this year

not declaring my chicken tendies and gold farming cash flow.

Incorporating my investments as LLCs funneling into an s-corp that manages them as its business. It also manages my HSA, 401k, and my Roth IRA.

I assure you I am not IRS.

reading up on your local taxcode?
I think Washinton only has state taxes for companies.
Otherwise create a non profit or found a church like the satanists n shit.

Don't make much money. Freelance, earn about 15,000 a year on average. Get 4,000 tax refund after taxes.

incorporate yourself

Then have your company pay your salary to your company.
Then pay yourself a salary from taht salary. Alot less of course
Then write off everything you buy as a business expense to your company.

Get yourself a good tax accountant. So you can call him on the fly and ask if you can write it off

you will end up keeping your entire salary your company pays to your company at the end of the year with all the write offs if you do it right.

Things like, lease a car and call it work related. You can write off 90 percent of that. Means you pay 6k for the year for that car, you get over 5k back.
That means you get the car basically for free 8)
write off a portion of your electricity bill claiming one room in your house/apartment is a business room.

things like that

If you do it right. you can keep 100% of your pay.

while living how you do now.

Anything deducted for a business expense MUST be used for business purposes.

If you buy a laptop for your "business" you can't write off more than half of it if you're browsing Sup Forums on it all the time

Dont work, consume as little as possible

I only work for startup companies. Those fuckers always have the "we're still processing tax documents" excuse.

get a job like mine where you can make money under the table.
also if you make less than 10k in a year then you don't have to file.

bullshit

there is no way tehy can tell. Put on a pirated copy of quick books and anything you buy put it in there.

Your business only needs to appear to be a business on paper.

Go out and buy KFC. call someone on teh phone and talk about buying a painting for the room in your house you use for business. You can write off that entire meal.

Sorry son, sounds too good to be true? but it's all legal 8)

also when you give yourself a small salary from your existing salary. if you make less than minimum wage. Depending on state or country. you can also apply for welfare top ups 8)

Or if your salary is small enough. You get money back at the end of the year
your fancy accountant. Tax write off. you get that money back too

EVERY government official senator, member of parliament does this. End of story.

If your renting you can even tax write off, part of your rent. Since one room is being used for "business"

whats your business. I am a think tank. I help otther business's. Your job is i dont' know. A mechanic. You rcompany is therefore a temp agency. And you are simply a temp mechanic on your business's pay roll

dude, open your mind. It's all how you present it.

And it's all legal.

GRAT's.

the first step, go to your HR or payroll master

and ask if they can start initializing payments to your business instead of you.

If they agree. Pay the incorporation fee (less than 300 dollars ish)
and bam, that's it.
Next find a good accountant. Tell them EXACTLY what you want to do. They are like doctors. They won' t give a shit, if your trying to scam. That's what they do for a living. To dodge taxes.

and that's it bro.

Life life, enjoy.

I'm trying to figure out how I can cash in on my bitcoin gains without paying taxes. Technically, when you sell you're required to claim capital gains and pay taxes. If your income is under a certain amount, you don't have to pay capital gains, but lowering my income to save the tax would cost me more in the long run. I thought about using bitcoin to buy things online, and thus avoid exchanging for dollaridoos and thereby capital gains, but turns out that spending your appreciated bitcoins is considered the same thing as a capital gain by the IRS. Perhaps moving to another country would be the way to go about it?

Basically this. I made an independent game company llc. I deduct everything I buy like anime figures and movie tickets for "artistic research".

That's basically the secret. Everything is art, so everything can be deducted. The Sup Forums pass im using was deducted for "marketting".

Organic beans and water

Dont make money

My dude here is not lying. I have a corp to corp established with my primary employer for these exact reasons. That's what it's called in the US at least.

I find unemployment works...

Ship expensive items from out of state for one. Avoid all the theft you can, although it's not easy!

heheh yup. you got it.

Smart thinking about art. That's awesome.
Cuase art is all what you interpret to be art. Not what others may think is art or not.
HAHAHA,...nice.

bartend or work in a gas station under the table somewhere.

My place of work has a ton of "salary sacrifice" schemes. Basically I can pay for shit like phone contract, gym membership, interest free loans (from the company) for public transport season tickets, etc. by paying for it in the form of a deduction from my gross salary before tax is calculated, reducing teh amount of tax paid.

>strategy
just don't pay them, dumbo

Making a company and spending the money on things that are company overheads and reinvestments

Give cash discounts to anyone you sell goods/services to. Put cash in pocket, do not record sale.

not working and collecting benefits

this. bets bet 2.0

There's nothing wrong with paying tax.

>Borders
>Police
>Military
>Fire/Rescue
>Ambulance
>Public Healthcare
>Education (only ages 11-16)
>Environment (Nuclear/Solar)
>Food Stamps
>Homeless shelters

I'm more than happy for taxpayers, including myself, to fund these things. Economic Centrism (slightly to the right) is the way you drive a nation forward.

You always need to pay taxes. AnCaps are nearly as retarded as Commies at this point.

that peach fuzz all over her body

muh dick

Dude at my last job I used my work computer to browse fark 90% of the time I was there.
I don't really see a difference.

you forgot

> Paying pakis to live off your back

This horny looking chick looks a little like my wife.

Source plox.

>avoid
Tax law says, very quietly, that I don't have to pay taxes if I do x. So I do x. People proceed to bitch and moan because I did x and they didn't. Say I'm using loopholes and avoiding my fair share of taxes.

EAT SHIT. I listened. You didn't.

I live in Washington state near Portland and my gf lives in Portland while she goes to school at a shitty sjw university. I don't pay state income tax in Washington and go shopping for non food items in Oregon when I see my gf. When she visits me we can shop around here as her idn enables us to buy stuff in Washington tax free.

Set up a mail forwarding service so that your place of residence is in a income tax free state like Texas, Florida, or South Dakota
texashomebase.com

Contribute max to 401k, contribute to an HSA, etc

Generally, read the tax code or ask an accountant and do whatever they say

>What is inheritance tax

Fuck this socialist hellhole

Nope.

People who're able to work should work or freeze at the soup kitchen.

Nice try, IRS

Maybe in Australia

Here, if you have a B.V. (Dutch equivalent of Inc.), you're required to pay yourself at least 40k/y and even if you don't, you're forced to pay income tax over the fictional 40k, as if you actually did get that money.

Socialism is such fun

Not working.

Can I write off a sex doll as a business expense if I make a porn site where I upload videos of myself fucking it?

he's in the cayman islands

Just don't claim any capital gains on your bitcoin. If they find out, say you didn't know and fork over the money. Keep some money aside for this reason, but they shouldn't ever find out.

Oh fuck, I just overlooked that stealth rare

I guess that flag changes everything. If he's truly from the Cayman Islands, he probably knows what he's doing.

well, with the IRS demanding user info from Coinbase it appears the IRS are wising up and will be coming after all bitcoin exchanges. I'm sure as bitcoin gains adoption their scrutiny will only increase.

Yes

saving your posts. thanks for the info. anything else you'd like me to save?

Don't use any online wallets then

exactly. probably an american expat. I wonder if he's the guy from america who moved to the caymans to work in IT law or some shit

I stay poor

even if you do use an online wallet, if you want to exchange your bitcoins for fiatskis you have to sell them to an exchange

can you share more info?

>implying that most of your money isn't going to Jamal raping your little sister

You could try exchanging them for cash directly with another individual. No exchange platform involved.

>interest
Take out loans, the interest is tax deductible. It's called a debt tax shield and is the reason why debt is almost always cheaper than equity

>he can't even read

>less than 10k a year you dont have to file
Then can I claim exempt from taxes to not get it taken out in the first place? I work a 8.25 an hour job getting 20-27 hours a week and I claim 0. I get raped like $50 a check in taxes which is a lot for me. Can I get away with just claiming exempt?

Own cash businesses, write everything off, keep your money in bank accounts with 0% interest tied to a defunct, out-of-state tax ID number from a corporation you closed in 2010.

Do your business elsewhere and use a phone forwarding number to get your contacts. If anyone has any major problems you would need insurance for, kill the phone number. If you need any permitting, ensure you're good buddies with the elected group directly overseeing your zoning and permitting agencies. They won't annoy you lest they mess up their budget.

Further, I live in apartments I own thus none of the utilities, vehicles, cell phones, etc, are directly in my name. Everything is serviced by a LLC out of the state which is then held in multiple trusts. The property is listed as furnished so even my personal goods (mattress, television, pc, appliances) are not owned by me.

Don't use accountants because they'll fork all your documents, unedited, over immediately to any IRS twat who asks.

If you must work for another person, 1099 everything and use shitty grocery store check cashing services with a fake ID. At the end of the year, report that you took a month or two of paychecks.

General rule of business to avoid void government intervention: make everything so convoluted that you can't even tell if it's on the level. I have survived 4 probes by the IRS this way and brought in $187k in 2016.

Also, don't buy shit that requires titles and registrations. No ATV's, boats, etc.

Work for cash. Don't put much in the bank, just enough to show an income. Claim only what you deposit in the bank.

own land and building and you can do all kinds of shit

Damn, historical qt

bump, i enjoyed this thread

you can only do this so long in the US, like 4-5 years with no profit and the IRS labels your business a hobby and fucks you over with taxes. Some people do this and just close and reopen a new business.

This is all true. At the end of the day, as long as you keep paper records the IRS has no real way of telling what you are doing. The IRS is only capable of tracking paper and electronic records, they have no idea what you are ACTUALLY doing.

Not bad, but you should do what I did and go into "publishing".

Welcome to your new world.

I own several rental properties for cash flow and book value appreciation. I'll sometimes refinance a property at 80% appraised value to extract some of the appreciated equity as cash, but only in areas where appreciation has foreseeable growth for the next 5-10 years. Each property is its own LLC. I also own a couple of companies. Each one of those is in an umbrella llc. It keeps them separate and protected from one another and keeps me protected from them all. The same goes for my health savings accounts and my IRAs.

I own an s-corp that I direct and run. The sole purpose of the s-corp , its operations so to speak, is managing my LLCs. The cash flow from my LLCs are my s-corps operational revenue. I pay myself as little salary as I am legally obliged to. The rest I use to pay myself an owners distribution. This minimizes my self employment tax. Most of my depreciating assets and all that go to conducting my business and managing my properties are owned by the s-corp and I write off and depreciate as much as I can.

My personal properties (non investment) like my personal house, my project car (right now a mkiii Supra), firearms, etc. are held in a family trust to protect them from as much as possible.

Donate to charities that help mostly white people.

Deduct those donations from your taxable income.

Viola, less welfare funding from you.

If all whites (4/5ths of taxpayers) did this, the government would be forced to make some cuts.

Italian here.
I dont' pay it.
end of the strategy.

To elaborate a little further, for example. My primary hsa owns two rental properties that combined generate about 1100 a month total cash flow to the hsa. There are limits on how much you can contribute to an hsa, ira, or 401k, but they can grow themselves unlimitedly with what's already in them, tax free or tax deferred.

Hold real estate under LLC and write off maintenance, materials and tools as losses. Also you do not have to pay sales tax

Maintain investments for at least 13 months to avoid capital gains.

Demand payment for services in cash

Make everything "business" related. You can write or portion of gas, vehicle maintenance, etc.

You'll have to learn to do all these things in order to afford to pay regular taxes while sending your kids to a private school to avoid brainwashing

Tell me more senpai?

How would a simple address in texas as opposed to Illinois let me be income free?

Texas doesn't have income tax.

Her name is Nikole and she sucks a MEAN fucking cock. :^)

They usually have a service in which your legal address is theirs. This is usually for retired RVers or sailors as the government requires you to have a place of residence, and these people usually don't have a home. You'll have to go down to the county in which they operate and register your car, DL, etc in order to make it official, but then you are a "resident" of Texas, Florida, etc

But if i work in illinois, and get paid by a company here how does that make me not pay income tax? Wouldn't it still apply since they are in illinois?

it would not apply

>own several rental properties

Fuckin' slumlord.

I hope laws get passed and you get put out of business.

It's a shame people are able to make a profit over people needing a place to sleep at night.

Don't make any money.
It's what I do.

I pay everything, minorities and corrupt officials need my money.

gtfo Ahmed

Your rent is due today user.

this entire thread gives some of the worst advice and clearly has no idea what theyre talking about..

sage

I work a full time job under the table. It pays just over minimum but the extra income is nice. All cash and I don't put it in the bank
