1. Both of these famines, especially the one in 1921 can't be blamed soley on the Bolsheviks. Post-WW1, natural draught, Civil War, Interventions, Sabotage etc.
The famine in the 30s had started before the collectivization, the collectivization was an answer to it. However the narrative that the rapid collectivization did lead to more starvation on top, is somewhat logical at least for a short period of time.
Another question is; without the collectivization and rapid industrialization, would the USSR have managed to build up so quickly post WW2 (they would not have won it without it), and don't suffer more famines?
It's absolutely not as black/white as Western Cold-war historians try to paint it.

Your accusation that it was on purpose doesn't really hold water as food was brought in to Ukraine from other parts of the USSR. The government can be blamed for 1. Not acting quickly enough 2. Not taking it seriously enough (bringing in more food from the other regions) 3. Not having modernized the agriculture earlier.
The accusation of grain being sold was early in the famine, and was blamed on farmers over-reporting the production. Also the USSR was a huge country and the production was not yet centralized. The collectivization and further centralization of production used all of this as a justififcation.
And you should be very sceptic to Western history in terms of the USSR, there is probably no other history that is more false, filled with agenda and misleading.

The attempt to weaken Europe through communism had failed after 1918, when the revolution failed to deliver Germany to international communism and instead created its own form of national social democracy, which eventually descended into the Nazi takeover. At this point the jews had no more use for Stalin, as their biggest play-pieces (communists/social-democrats/media) had been annihilated by Hitler in Germany. From that point on it was all about consolidating power under him and keeping unto what he managed to pilfer so far.
You have to realize Hitler met both the jews and the communists during his time in Vienna. In fact, Stalin and Hitler were both in Vienna at the same time in 1912, except at opposite sides. When Hitler claimed Stalin was going to take over with the jews it was based on his personal experience from that time, since that was his whole narrative that he had been pushing since his failed first coup. He either didn't know or care if Stalin was still in cahoots with the international jew led "revolution".
Of course Stalin wanted Germany to be free after the fucking war in 1952! A neutral Germany would have been a much better playpiece for the brewing cold war with the US instead of having the power of Germany added to the power of the west.
