Daily reminder that health care is not a right

>US pays for Iraq and Afghans healthcare but not its own

Daily reminder that I live in a country with health care.

Almost the entire civilized world has decided that it is though.

serbia has universal healthcare your map is innacurate

but yeah universal healthcare is retarded

that's good to know

>iraq and afghanistan universal health coverage provided by united states war funding
>united states no universal health care system
C U C K E D
U
C
K
E
D

We also have free uni educaton, plebs.

Shouldn't the US be green than?

>countries attempting universal health care
Our proposed National Health Insurance is going to be the biggest disaster ever to befall our cursed nation. And this is not hyperbole.

I have free private health insurance (as provided through my employer) which allows me to use the best hospitals and medical facilities in the world.

How do you respond?

I grew up believing we had "free" universal health care, I just realised that only a portion of the population had a form of health insurance, but recent legislation in the last lustrum introduced a loophole so now basically everyone is covered.

State run hospitals are shit for basic ailments, but if it's a real emergency like a tortilla machine chop your hand off then they will reatach it and make it work, and if they don't have a way how there they'll send you to a place where they can.

In my country the hospital are free isnt like that in the USA? What do theyou do when a poor people get hurt do they let him die?

>How do you respond?
By asking what you plan to do when your company stops subsidizing your $1500/month health insurance because they decide it isn't cost effective anymore.

>fortune.com/2016/03/30/employer-paid-health-insurance-is-dying-off/

you incur medical debt

Almost the entire "civilized" world thought slavery was moral at one point also, doesn't change the fact that slavery is immoral and health care is not a right.

>(((free)))

It's actually free, even if it's hard for you to believe.

Thanks for calling me first world.

How do the professors get paid? They do it for free? You're paying for it, even if not directly.

>tfw 3rd world country

Not really. Maybe I wasn't specific enought.
When we finish school we have the final exam. And by the results of that exam you can enter to unis. In every uni there is a min grade from where you get 100% free education, state sponsored.

If your grade is below you can still enroll in the course but have to pay (a LOT) and the better the uni, the higher the min score and the more you pay.

The thing is almost anyone can get 100% free education if they're ok with going to worse unis with lower min "budget" score.

For example I'm currently studying in the best uni in the country for free and no extra charges.
Did it clarify things for you a little?

we are withe

>state sponsored
Where does the money come from? The state doesn't have any money, they get all their money from taxes.

Every country gets money from taxes but in most you have to pay tuition fees for your education as well. And in USA, as far as I know, they can get to 20-40k $.

Listen, health care is not a right because it requires you to force people to provide a service. It violates the rights of doctors and health care professionals. Why are you willing to use violence to force people into becoming doctors? Health care as a right is a farce. Rights are not things you take from others, it's something you fundamentally have and can not have TAKEN FROM YOU. The government does not grant you rights, it protects your fundamental God-given ones. Health care does not exist here. Blow it out your commie SJW ass

Also free education. In fact, we get a salary while studying in a public university, no matter what major.

>americucks will defend this

You go on the free market and find a smarter employer that realizes offering more competitive benefits to its employees is better for his or her business. Labor is a commodity that employers compete for, through salary, benefits, mobility, 401k match, etc, etc

kek

Yeah, forgot to mention about the salary "stipendia" as well.

>free

fun fact, we have both private and free healthcare here.

I haven't touched a public hospital since I was 6.

Healthcare should be a right, only 4 the basics u know keep the population alive, no plastic surgery or traps like Cuba, free education out of the army instead shouldn't

this map is false. turkey has free health care

Healthcare isn't a right because it imposes on other people. In order to consider healthcare a right it has to state that certain people have to be doctors and they have to serve people. Literally slavery.

is just like say, roads shouldn't be build cause u can't impose a tax to me, and I don't know if I'll use them, the same can be applied to any public thing even the army

Neither is police or roads or lighting, but we organize ourselves as a civilization and do those things because prosperity. That's a non-argument and a red herring.

That's not true, at least for my country, some of our public hospital are kind of shitty (the ones in the north aka bolivia 2.0) but the ones in buenos aires are really good and the doctors that work there get paid a fair amount of money

The army? HahahhHhhahahhahhahzhhHahhahahhahahahhHHhahHhHaha

Yes, and still none of those are rights... What is your point

>need healthcare in Mexico

What are you poor?

Also you always have the option to pay for private healthcare, which only benefit is being less crowded

Taxation is theft. No one should be forced to pay for them, but people should be able to build them and charge money to use them.

They're still forced to care for anyone regardless of their ability to pay.

Then you're paying twice, unless you can opt out of the public system (which I doubt because it requires people that don't use it pay for it in order to have no direct cost).

Universal healthcare and college also decreases quality because it decreases competition and in the case of college lowers the value of degrees since everyone is able to get one.

What is your point? You keep repeating that those things aren't rights, but that's completely irrelevant. Potable water isn't a right either, but your country is only considered civilized if it offers clean water freely to all its citizens.

You are arguing ideologically instead of rationally.

>ITT: A bunch of SJW commies

I can't wait till America goes to war and you snowflakes get drafted. You will serve as an excellent meat wall to absorb bullets. Shame you will probably take them in the back...

freedom isn't free

>you're paying twice
No, we pay twice. They don't. Our system is very ineffective.

>Universal healthcare also decreases quality
No it doesn't, our system is subpar quality-wise compared to most first-world countries out there.

>because it decreases competition
You're insane. A few corporations own the entirety of the US health market. There is virtually no competition here.

>Then you're paying twice, unless you can opt out of the public system
this is stupid, I mean some americans buy weapons because they don't trust the police to protect them and they are paying both for the weapon and the police in their taxes, does that mean that gun ownership or police should be banned?

>open borders
>socialism

pick one, democrats picked open borders

Lol you're kidding right

A weapon I own defends me NOW. the police defend me in 5 minutes. Life and death

Surgery with private insurance happens within DAYS. Socialized insurance plans can take months.

Funny how that compares...
Funny that Canadians flee to America for life saving surgeries
Funny how dumb you are

...

>Literally slavery.
That's ridiculous, universal healthcare makes the whole health system more cost-effective - and that is a very capitalistic argument for it. The reason it does that is because health is not a product, but a process: if your neighbor isn't healthy, you aren't either.

>Labor is a commodity
It isn't though. Read pic related.

I never said the US system is perfect or has anything besides a thin veneer of free market properties.

It's the same when you have to pay for the public schools through taxes, but want to send your child to a private school.

The firearms argument is non-sequitur because I can use a firearm for things besides self-defense and the police provide mainly investigation after the fact. No cop is going to save your life unless they happen to be with you in the moment when you need self-defense

Labor is a commodity. People are limited, and they can only be used for one thing at a time generally.

The reason it's not really a free market is because capitalism doesn't lead to a free market. Capitalism leads to socialism. The only way to escape socialism is through distributism, not capitalism.

youtube.com/watch?v=X1PtStipIsc

Fuck off, you jew.

Capitalism only leads to socialism if the government imposes it.

>Socialized insurance plans can take months
If it's a life treatining condition you get hospitalized and treated right away.
>Funny that Canadians flee to America for life saving surgeries
I'm not canadian, and I don't know how their health system works so I don't know what that has to do with my country. What I can say is that lot of inmigrants come here to get surgeries done, they're mostly from countries with no public healthcare
>Funny how dumb you are
this is irrelevant and it just shows your own stupidity and lack of arguments to defend your point

stupid ecb euros all the money goes to building pyramids not healthcare

Americucks literally get robbed by their government. They're forced to give away 40% of their income yet they have to pay for healthcare and college. No wonder their median wealth is so low despite having one of the highest wages of the world.

...

No, it always does. Read pic related.

what about the people who can't afford a gun? That's what police is for and if you have a gun you're both paying for it and for the police period, it doesn't matter if your gun can solve it faster than the police. It's the same with healthcare, you can pay for private healthcare and get treated faster but you're still paying taxes for the public service. That doesn't mean that any of those services or rights should be banned. Also the fact that you can use a gun for other things besides defending yourself has nothing to do with this argument because if you have one and you're keping it in your house you're going to use it to defend yourself from intruders.

I don't think there should be government police anyways.

americans are the biggest cucks from this entier planet

Has nothing to do with your country and everything to do with the fact that privatized insurance provides a vastly superior service and product than anything produced by the state. This is true in every industry

tl:dr ?

They also decided that liberalism is good though

>a fellow countrymen defending """free""" healthcare

this is why I need to move before this shithole collapses

Daily reminder that I can't get healthcare here because all hospitals are constantly filled with niggers who get preference over the natives who are paying for the healthcare system. Fuck this country. I'd rather live in Argentina.

>Belloc then makes his case for the natural instability of pure capitalism and discusses how he believes that attempts to reform capitalism will lead almost inexorably to an economy in which state regulation has removed the freedom of capitalism and thereby replaced capitalism with the Servile State, which shares with ancient slavery the fact that positive law (as opposed to custom or economic necessity by themselves) dictates that certain people will work for others, who likewise must take care of them.

Same thing I'm saying, but he's wrong about, "natural instability." Capitalism only becomes unstable when the government interferes with it. The modern boom and bust cycle started when the Federal Reserve started interfering with market interest rates.

>The only country from former USSR who has universal health care is Russia.
Now this really surprised me.

Sucking dick is not a right but I bet your faggot ass does it twice a day

Why don't you join the army? After you can go to a uni for free and become a civil servant, as army service is the first breakout criterion for a selection.

>America doesn't have universal health care
>Pays for its enemies to have universal health care
>If you kill your enemies they win

do you want to know why this country is collapsing? not because we have public healthcare, but because inmigrants use it, they use our public healthcare, education and they even get free housing and get paid for having children. If all the money used for those pieces of shit was used for people like you and me this countri wouldn't have financial problems like it has now and the hospitals wouldn't be crowded as fuck as they're now, insecurity would be lower and there'd be more jobs avaible. They use our tax money while not paying any taxes and all the fucking leftist keep encouraging them to come here. And to make it worse our supposed ''right'' wing president bring 3000 rapefuges here and has plans to give them free houses while tons of argentinians are sleepping in trains stations.

this was meant to you

Yeah okay, have fun dying of a untreated mosquito bite

>having welfare and healthcare for non-citizens
there's your first mistake

Brazil has universal healthcare.
We are a third world country.

I couldn't agree more, immigrants use welfare like we use dulce de leche. But don't act like all argentines are good people, outside of Buenos Aires the """public""" healthcare is used by turros who live off welfare, and a lot of people take advantage of having everything free. public healthcare only works in white countries

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Taxation is theft
Reeeeeeeeeeeeeee3eee

Even more than giving Kaffir the vote?

>Giving birth in a sickbay
Hospitals are for the dying

We have the highest amount of inmigrants in all of south america, so getting rid of them would be a great start.

>((((wealth))))

All these fucking retards
>muh taxation is theft argument
grow the fuck up

>Completely ignoring the point

The fact of the matter is that it'll inevitably come to the US as soon as the older generation that keeps voting the same cockbag incumbent dies out. Most of them still believe that their local congressman is fighting for them and not for their zog overlords.

Not an argument.

>Iraq and Afghanistan universal health coverage provided by United States war funding

What's the definition of universal health care exactly? I mean, if you have a job or you're studying at an university, or if you're unable to work, you get automatic state health insurance. How does my country not have universal healthcare?

Essentially yes. At least we have been able to create parallel services for what the government screws up. This is essentially nationalisation of the private health care system by stealth. Also slapping the 5 million or so tax payers with the bill for 50 million parasites is going to be a recipe for disaster.

I never meant for it to be, just aremider the police can fuck you up real good for tax evasion

In my country health is literally free, you don't have to pay for nothing.
But if you want to see an cardiologist, you have to wait 6-9 months and got to be treated by a low-wage tired doctor, with lack of interest in his own profession, and all that he knows about medicine is no much more than the average layman. If you don't die in the wait list for an medical appointment, you'll die because de lack of proper treatment for your sickness. Also pharmaceuticals are hard to get.

The solution is, for most of people tht live here, to afford a private healthcare insureance, and because enterprises have no incentives to compete with a free product, the prices goes up.

So yes, we have ''free healthcare'', but in the end we have to pay more if we wanna a proper health service.

I pay taxes because I don't want to go to jail. Doesn't mean they aren't theft though.

Good I'll keep an eye on you

Keep an eye on the wall Pedro.

Brazil's healthcare is shit. My mother's neighbour got into an accident and is in hospital for over a month waiting for surgery. This in São Paulo, the biggest city.
