>The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) state in a 2015 study that the UK had one of the worst healthcare systems among the nations looked at and that people were dying needlessly due to lack of investment in the NHS.
Sounds perfect as it is goy.

Because that would require them to admit that they've been fucking wrong for years.

The NHS isn't the problem. It's the fucking SANDNIGGERS AND POLISH CUNTS REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY COUNTRY REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It's not the only option left.
Just fund it properly. Whether public or private, things cost money.

Privatise it entirely, give poorfags vouchers towards an insurance policy, reduce taxes across the board.

Easy, unfortunately it's also political suicide.

>reduce taxes across the board

At the rate the nhs is failing i think we're already looking at a separate tax to pay for it. Just call it a public health insurance contribution, then a few years later let people opt out of that and into private insurance. Keep the central setting of prices but negotiate them with the private insurance companies and "nhs hospitals" that are actually independent not for profits.

Boom privatized through the back door.

sounds like socialism to me

It needs completely gutting and redesigned from the ground up its a bureaucratic mess, also too many unqualified Paki doctors and too many patients.
May as well be called the international health service.

The NHS is legit cancer on this country

...

It's a grand idea that has been ruined by allowing millions of 3rd world shiters to come here and overwhelm it.
We're basically paying taxes to subside our own demographic replacement, and when we complain about immigrants we're told we should be thankful for the immigrants because without them the NHS would collapse because we wouldn't have the staff to service all the immigrants using the NHS.

cheer up lad, maybe you'll all get superbug

Because some things are not best run with a profit motive

instead of gutting the nhs or raising taxes to 75%
do the alternative, gut your financially unrealistic medical laws
this pushes the middle into private care as they want to without paying stupid levels of tax
the poor gets to try out the wait and see approach to appendicitis (which can still save lives, just uncomfortable)

No. The solution is a reduction of the non-native population.

pls God let it be fake D:

4th reich it is then
define non-native
100% white only? 1/2, 1/4, 1/8?

The NHS is already collpasing under it's own wieght, since it's trying to provide complete healthcare to 70m+ people

The only way to save it is to reduce it's scope, since keeping it would involve taxing us into the ground for """FREE""" healthcare

It's not but it's also since been rectified (at least to some degree)

>introduced by the NHS to restrict teh spread of hospital superbugs
>teh
katy is that you?

Okay Bernie

>Oh hey why is the NHS running out of money.
>Literally have a £56,000 a year job entitled "diversity officer".

We should have health cards like everywhere else in europe. Nhs was never good but you never had to wait 6 weeks for a basic GP appointment until a couple of years ago. It really will collapse if things continue as they are, so get your free treatment in while you still can...

All persons without 2 European parents will be classed as non white.
A reduction in the population would be achieved by legislating against non European cultural practices and directed taxation.
Non Europeans would be prevented from voting or holding political office.
Non Europeans would be subjected to a one child policy.
Programs would be implemented that incentivised non Europeans to return to their lands of ethnic origin.

I agree. I have private healthcare through my employer which has provided me with much better standards of care than the NHS ever has.

The main issue I've found with the NHS at least from my experience, is that there are simply too many people using it by means of access they shouldn't have.

All tourists, immigrants (i.e. right to reside but non-British citizen) and foreign students should receive emergency care free to the point of stabilising them, but everything thereafter should be charged at full including drugs prescribed.
This would also force employers who wanted to employ cheap labour abroad, into having to pay for their medical care should they require it.

It removes the incentive somewhat of employing foreign labour also, reducing the population strain and overall strain on services in this country.

Also you should be charged for using the ambulance service needlessly as some have done recently for a simple persistent cough so I've read.

This, I recently tried to get an appointment

>Phone up at 8:10 to get an emergency appointment
>For non-britfags, these are daily 10 minute slots handed out starting at 8am
>Everything is gone
>Ask for an actual appointment then, I'll just wait till then
>Nothing for 8 weeks, would have to wait 2 months just to see a doctor
>Say fuck it
>Chest pains go away and haven't come back

I'm either fixed or desensitized to pain, fuck the NHS

Lets not forget that time the NHS spent £12 billion on a IT system that they scrapped.

>Wonder why it took so long to get apointment
>Show up at GP office.
>Waiting room is noting but pregnant Muslims and Romanians

>civic nationalist
that boring, dropped

Around here it's old people with colds, all the time

I once manged to get an appointment (or rather my mum did, I went suddenly deaf) and the waiting room was 20-odd pensioners. I knew one and he told me he had a slight cough so came to the doctor.

>t. I just read the BNP manifesto and this is totally achievable

This is the solution but will not happen for ages because of unions

No way in hell am I living in a country that asks me to pay tax, then denies me something as basic as universal healthcare.

That isn't part of the fucking deal, sorry.

If i'm paying into your garbage system of bennies, MP benefits, phony proxy wars and banking bailouts, I want to at least know if I get hurt I will get decent treatment with no financial burden attached.

It's also retarded because a nation needs healthy goddamn citizens to be in its workforce and in its army, but when you muddle the line with mass immigration and try to destroy national identity I guess even that's not relevant anymore.

God I fucking hate globalisation, I really fucking hate it. It only exists to destroy the concept of a nation, a perfectly functional system that make people happy - obviously to those at the top, anything that makes me feel safe or content is bad and must be destroyed for the personal hedonism of a tiny amount of rich fuckers.

And what do the modern political Left do? Jerk it off because somebody has convinced them that this pro-corporation movement is actually some sort of utopian communist ideal even though absolutely everything it's done suggest otherwise and the most socialist utopias on the planet or all extremely reserved scandinavian nations that aren't giving in to globalisation.

>Reserved Scandinavian nations

That is probably true in many towns and cities.

Where I live (rural Lincs) it is somewhat different. In this area, we don't have the massive influx of eastern Europeans such as in Boston for example, but plenty of coffin dodgers.
I've found at least at my local surgery, it is the coffin dodgers who come in for a chat with the doctor along with young mothers who think their sprog having a small cough is enough to warrant antibiotics or some crap like that.

They are the ones in my area clogging up the system. My haematologist consultant sent a request to my local GP to provide me with some particular drugs. It took another two letters plus a shitty phone call for them to even acknowledge the demand.
In the end I had to be given hospital supplies until they pulled their finger out.

>implying forced tax can be opt out in bongistan.
So, have you opt out of your TV tax yet, m8?

>God I fucking hate globalisation, I really fucking hate it. It only exists to destroy the concept of a nation, a perfectly functional system that make people happy - obviously to those at the top, anything that makes me feel safe or content is bad and must be destroyed for the personal hedonism of a tiny amount of rich fuckers.

That's too accurate. What a fucked up world we live in.

I've never read the BNP manifesto.
It just occurs to me that this is the only non genocidal solution possible.

What's not realistic about it?

Legislating against, say, mosque construction, halal, ritual circumcision, Islamic schools etc would be perfectly achievable.
Banning certain groups from political office and voting is perfectly achievable.
One child policy is perfectly achievable.
Incentivising and facilitating groups to leave by themselves is perfectly achievable.

Not in our present political situation, I admit. But all these things have happened in the past, and there is no reason to assume the conditions wont arise for them to happen again in the future.

The TV licence isn't mandatory in any sense of the word. You have to physically apply for and pay for it yourself outside of the tax system.

You'll never get a one child policy through parliament or the courts here.

You could perhaps change the welfare system to such measures that support will only be received for the first child only during a parents lifetime. Meaning even if you waited for 15-20 years to have another, you still wouldn't get any state support for that child.

>Why are Brits so against the privatization of the NHS.
Because of the media.

lmao

you gotta be 18 to post here, kid

I'm envisioning a more authoritarian style of government.

Not an argument.

yeah dude we used to shit in the wood in the past there's no reason to think it won't happen again in the future..

hmm.. makes you think..

dude, kill yourself.

have you not seen the state of america health care. its extortion

It will never happen, interesting idea.

"muh NHS" is now simply a cultural issue. literally nobody has an understanding of it. they just vaguely know it gives people """"""free""""""" healthcare. its pathetic and yes the media are to blame.

theres quite a few stops between the american healthcare system and muh NHS you braindead moron

>lets privatise the trains!
trains are now shit

>lets privatise BT
BT is now shit

privatizing state assets always ends the same, profits get funneled off instead of being reinvested, its dumb as fuck

I think the only style of authoritarian government we'll see, would be the type that you don't want to see. It will be a government that forces "progressive" values. Forces employers to employ Muslims and push for Sharia to become enshrined in our laws.

The sad part is that there are people who would sit there and clap for it.

Hell maybe we need to go that far. Once women are beheaded for daring to cheat on their husbands, then we'll start the push back. Who knows?

A lot of privatised companies are public in all but appearance.

The government still has massive influence on BT. The likes of BAE Systems (former British Aerospace and Marconi Systems) are 51% owned by the taxpayer, despite it being a private FTSE traded organisation.

The gubermeit lie to you bro, look at the budget, it's not like we can't afford it it's just the moneys going to the wrong places, plus 'they' want to privatise everything so there companys can't control it, once they get their hands in it, the goverment will just pay them to run it so we will need to pay extra tax, probably in the costume of mandatory health insurance like America and the payments will just increase

You don't envision the continuing balkanisation in Europe of different ethnic and religious groups in conjunction with an inevitable global economic crisis possibly leading to the collapse of liberal democracy and the rise of authoritarian ethnic nationalism?

I think the overwhelmingly white military will safeguard against total decay of that nature. There'd be a coup.

How about remove all the foreign leeches? Then it'l work as it did for decades.

just more steps toward globalisation

always amazes me that pol is anti globalisation and yet wants weak governments that sell off state assets to the highest international bidder

yeah lets have our health care system funneling taxpayer money to the globalists

You do realise that our government won't reduce our taxes if they nationalise the NHS, they'll just make out they're spending the money on something else.

I really don't think it was ever conceived to deal with the healthcare of 6-070 million people

>It seems like the only option left.

Either change immigration policy or privatize the NHS. Those are our options

We will choose neither and end up with people dying in their homes though.

All healthcare should be banned, natural selection is the only way forward.

Sup Forums rarely decides what it wants to be. All I can gather is that they want a combination of the two extremes.

State controlled services with free market trading. Unless you're talking about the US, then state controlled health is the work of the devil.

Personally I want the NHS to die.

>Budget American education

why though? the new NHS will be the same as the old, except the 'wastage' will be siphoned off as profit instead of being spent inefficiently

id rather just have it spent inefficiently that being taken out the country

This

Plus it's just a middle man so now the whole company needs to make a profit
