Common people don't have ANY influence on the politics. Our government can impose any new crazy and outrageous tax (as they did many times), any new regulation, ban any website, declare any war they want (and not to a distant Muslim country, but to a culturally closest, the second 'core' nation of a Russian civilization). And all who try to question this, anyone who try to investigate this are threatened, beaten and then killed.
