I should have clarified. I'm on a lobster fishing boat, but generally aquaculture is considered "fishing". There's no sitting. I get up 3-4 in the morning to go to the wharf. And I get out there and work, back to back, until about 2 or 3 in the afternoon (If we haul them fast). The only person who has a "button" is the captain; and I will not bad mouth my captain, because it is a stressful job, because one wrong move can lead to injury, capsizing, parting a line (hundreds of dollars if we lose the trawl). Today was very stressful, because it was cold and windy. My job is particularly stressful and demanding, both mentally and physically. I'm not complaining about my job; I love it; I just think it's stupid that you mock me or my job.
