Redpilled teacher

I'm going to be a history teacher, Sup Forums. I want to prioritize being with my future wife and children over just making money. Teachers get weekends and holidays off, plus you're not really missing time with your children when you're at work, because they're at school too.

What do you think of this career choice? I have a full ride scholarship by the way, so no debt. How do I redpill the youth subtly? It's no secret that acdemia, particularly public schools, are overwhelmingly leftist.

Good luck,. All the other history teachers you will work with are blue pilled and will rat you out in a second.

t. Former HS teacher.

Take a libertarian stance with some of the less edgy alt-right components.

For example teach them about pro-America, pro-Freedom points and teach why socialism is bad. Leave out the edgier alt-right shit like stuff about Jews, blacks or conspiracies. If they get into lolbergarianism the natural next step would be the alt-right anyways or in the least they'd become alt-lite faggots which is better than nothing (assuming you have any effect at all).

Sounds like a good idea but the way the countries headed even libertarianism might be too triggering for some.

Tell me about your experience, please.

I was going to a liberal college. There are only 2 colleges within 30 minutes driving distance of my parent's home (I had free education, not housing). I was literally put on academic probation for "exhibiting a deficit mindset toward low-income schools" because I pointed out that they underperform and have a high turnover rate. So now I'm looking for a new school to finish my degree (3 years in).

Enjoy wasting your time re learning the politically correct, socially accepted, modern day version of "history" and how to hide your power level in a field where any hint of truth gets you ostracized and blacklisted from the academic community at large.

my father studied history passionately up through grad school because he loved it. but once he saw the reality of the academic community's ridiculousness he started school over and became an accountant, and that was back in the 70s. It is utterly ludicrous now.

>pic related, go pick these up if you want to learn modern "history"

Get a real job.
Focus on homeschooling your own children.

I absolutely love history and teaching. Like I said, academic probation from a liberal institution is my college experience. I know there are other things I can do that would certainly pay more. Truthfully, my #1 reason for still wanting to teach is having weekends and holidays with my future family. I'm autistic, and my routine is important to me. I have many acquaintances, but I don't do much with friends. I'm a homebody; I need a wife and children.

lol do you know shit about being a teacher in a publicly funded institution? you are literally given the course material and everything you do and say is highly scrutinized. admitting to any beliefs outside the dogma is sacrilege.

toe the line, or you won't last one semester

I prioritize time with my family over money. I had explored the concept of me making a lot of money working, and having a stay at home wife. But frankly, almost every woman I have been interested in either doesn't want to be a mother or is going to college (can't stay at home with student debt).

no.

Educator here OP, let me walk you through this

Step one
GET ON TENURE AT ALL COSTS

This is the first step to redpilling the children. It affords you pretty much all the protection you need from Mr. Shekelitzbaum down the hall teaching Sociology.

Step two
Challenge students views like you're playing devil's advocate, present information that totally destroy's the leftist narrative while appearing neutral, if not sympathetic to their side. This is very intuitive to do as long as you aren't autistic.

Ignore the posters that think you'll get fired instantly for saying anything short of White people need to pay reparations. Schools don't actually work that way. Yes, they have a leftist bent, but you can do pretty much whatever you want in your own classroom. Colleges are especially this way. I had a prof that was just short of being a Nazi and pissed all the leftists off and they couldn't do shit. Smug old bastard.

Good luck OP. Make education great again.

Honestly, I don't have many job skills. I'm hopeless with regards to blue collar work. And just my business experience so far at my job while I'm going to school has exhibited a lot of problems being autistic in the business world. I'm very high functioning, but I do feel very self conscious with minor things like facial expressions and reading the emotions of others that have been to my detriment in business.

>be me
>get hired as an English teacher
>have little say over what I teach because muh school scores are way down.
>have faculty meeting about 4 times a week.
>listen to all the teachers talk about how great obama is and how Trump is Satan.
>Be given lesson plans based on Obama's speeches.
>Other teachers quickly pick up that you aren't praising Obama enough.
>sit through endless meetings.
>Get stuck with ESL students with house arrest ankle bracelets
>Try to teach them Shakespeare.
>Be tired all the time.
>Don't enjoy breaks because you sleep through them.
>Why aren't your scores up? If a student is failing it's your fault and you need more training and specialists to come in and judge you.
>Why are the grades so low? if a student fails, you better have contacted the parents and keep a log of it.
>so-an-so's parents want a conference because you said Obama wasn't the greatest president ever. Rumors of being racist start.
>Students use phones during class, you can't take them away unless you fill out forms each time with the school secretary.
>state dictates class size must be around 21. You get 33. Only 25 of them are texting during class.
>why aren't your scores up yet? You must attend more mandatory meeting.

Thank you so much for the advice and kind words! Yes, teachers have many protections between tenure and unions. I am also very good at being Machiavellian, devil's advocate.

Is this your first year teaching? I have remained in contact with many of my old teachers, and they have all told me that the first years are the most difficult because you have to make all of your lesson plans without previous ones, etc.

You're welcome OP. Yes once you get on as a teacher it's very, very hard to remove you. Almost like being a cop. A lot of people will discourage you saying you will get ratted out, fired ect but schools don't work that. Be the cool teacher all the students look up to and show them a better path forward. You sound like you'll know what you're doing so I imagine you'll do well.

GOTT MIT UNS.

Depends on your state. Some states have powerful unions, like CA, others just take your money. tenure has been eliminated in a lot of places too.

That was all my years (10). Teachers that taught before NCLB give shit advice.

BTW, I would especially recommend you just go ahead and teach at College. Professors are gods in their classrooms, and university is the real viper's den of Cultural Marxism. A lot of good children will go off to college, turn into SJWs. Many such cases. Better pay and more prestige too. Also the chance to write papers, books and get published. Good school teachers are needed too though. It isn't that hard to teach at college however. Think about it OP.

>I'm going to be a history teacher

Make sure you tell the children about the German Communist revolutions led by the Jews and how they brought the Holocaust on themselves.

My #1 reason for wanting to teach is the weekends and holidays off. I prioritize time with my family over money. I had explored the concept of me making a lot of money working, and having a stay at home wife. But frankly, almost every woman I have been interested in either doesn't want to be a mother or is going to college (can't stay at home with student debt). And I want to spend time with my children. I don't just want to bring in resources and have a wife that raises my children while I'm away.

Children are the most important thing to me.

I imagine conservative states would be better for me. Like Texas' Board of Education has various requirements for textbooks for the gold standard, Austrian economics, etc.

I know a guy who happened to be red pilled HS teacher and own a gun shop.

Whole High School know that He has CCW permit and running a gun shop after school.

Nobody has problem with him.

It's all about where you will teach.

Ten Percent Firearm is the store that HS teacher owns.

Phones really do seem to be fucking up education huh? That's pretty ironic how technology is capable of helping so much with education, and yet it can be used to completely fuck it up as well.

Just the point I was asking above! Conservative states would certainly be best for me.
>more conservative faculty
>more conservative students
>more conservative parents
>more conservative state requirements, textbooks, etc.

It's Funny that it's in Commiefornia and very active in Calgun.

I use my phone on lunch at work to listen to Stefan Molyneux and read the 30+ tabs I have open from Drudge Report. The other people I work with watch stupid YouTube videos on full blast. Phones are just a tool.

They weren't joking when they called smart phones "disruptive technology." It's worse when you KNOW the admins won't back you up on a cell policy because it's too much work.

I wish you well, but if you can't find a woman interested in being a mother, you've failed.

Your wife will cheat on you with a teacher's salary.

I think I can mitigate phone use pretty well. We have this problem at my work. It's a warehouse job, unloading trucks. The workers that take the boxes off of the conveyor belt are constantly on their phones. Sometimes it disrupts their work, but usually they cover their section. Management wanted me to crack down on phone usage (I'm the supervisor). I warned them that it would only lead to more employees disappearing to the bathroom for a half hour (people are always hiding in the bathroom) and spread general resentment. I turned out to be right. Now we generally don't mind phone usage.

Get into teaching for at least 8 years, and with a school for 3 years. Once stable, play up trying to be the fun professor/teacher whom the children will adore.

Keep a sharp eye out for children who are already redpilled or show an interest in learning more. Encourage them to start an extra curricular club that you will host.

Slowly push the pill to your classes while maintaining a "fun atmosphere" and with the indirect support of the club.

Something must be done, this isn't just an problem in the US as well. I'm really quite concerned about it. Possible solution is signal disruption for internet access (wifi/mobile data connections) being blocked while inside a classroom. It won't stop texting though.

I disagree. With me having a teacher's salary, my wife will certainly be working. Like I said, most women are obligated to work anyway because student debt. So we're talking about a woman that has very little financial incentive to divorce (compared to if I was making a lot of money). And it should be a healthy relationship because teaching is a set schedule with lots of quality family time and I'm great with children.

Whoops, that was supposed to be a reply to the claim that my wife would cheat on me because teacher's salary.

Workers are adults.

Tell a teenager to hand over their phone and they say, "no." What do you do? The entire class is watching, better think fast.

Look, I was just like you before I started. I heard horror stories from people in my age group that are teaching and thought, "it won't happen to me, I'm smarter than that." Nothing I say will change your mind on this. Best of luck to you.

I'm not saying phones aren't a distraction. I'm saying that, as a teacher, you're probably not going to get rid of cell phones in class. And previous posts in this thread have stated that school administration often does not back you with disciplinary action. I think it would be worse to a) pursue disciplinary action about phone usage and have the kids find out that you're powerless and b) foster general resentment toward you from the kids

Find a church girl, user, they will be stay at home moms, and when I mean church girls I mean the girls from red states like Wyoming or North Dakota, stay away from democratic states as they will have shitty women, and stay away from big cities.

Go for it user, be a history teacher and redpill the youth, the left have had their glory years in academia, we need to change that.

I'm thinking of doing something like this but as a science or math teacher. I've always loved teaching and tutoring. But... I could make so much more money somewhere else, given my quantitative skills. What do?

>most women are obligated to work because of student debt

Not really, the idiot women who want to be stronk independent career women do and you should stay away from those women, go move to a conservative state like Wyoming or North Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, you get the idea. Find a girl who goes to church and is a virgin and only has a high school diploma.

>inb4 only meth head women have high school diploma

No that's not true, also if you don't know already, you have to be a man for these women, OP, don't be a beta male cuck boy, be an alpha male who takes charge and dominates the woman, since women are naturally submissive and want to be dominated by a man. Would be great if you waited until marriage to have sex if you didn't know this.

Thank you for the inspiration. I can't have a stay at home wife and be a teacher and have the resources I want for myself and my children off of just a teacher's salary. So if I'm going to be a teacher, my wife should work. Which is fine, as that just opens up the pool of potential wives, as many have college debt and are obligated to work.

Find out your priorities. My priorities are family. So weekends and holidays off (it seems like teachers get the week before and after holidays too haha) is very enticing. And I do love history and teaching. My advice would certainly be to find a career where you will have time to be with your family. Having a wife and children becomes much more important in your older years. Childless people too often regret it.

Teach them to think and question, don't give them evidence but suggest it - let them make up their minds. Keep doing it subtly and students who take what you say on board will naturally want to talk to you more and find out more, other will probably just be idiots and retards but they would still have respect for you as not another dumb and stupid teacher like the rest of them

i don't think the FAA would like that

The key to being a redpilled teacher is you've got to be subtle-as-fuck.

Everything you do is going to be hyper-scrutinized by the kids, by their parents, and even by your fellow teachers... anything you teach that could be even remotely controversial needs to be handled with the utmost care to ensure that you always maintain the appearance of towing the line.

Do it man, please. I was redpilled by a single teacher in a ocean of liberal professors, after a year of indoctrination.

All it takes is one single sane mind to destroy a lifetime of brainwash, if this mind is put in the right place and right time.

Thank you for your encouraging words. What subject was this teacher?

That's what I do at work. One of my co-workers is very leftist, "true communism has never been tried" leftist. But he is very intelligent. Amazing with his extemporaneous facts about history. He's very civil, and our discussions always end with us disagreeing about the state's role in a subject. I have been subtly redpilling him though. Like how immigration effects countries. Demographic changes are radical changes. Texas isn't red because it's Republican holy ground; the people make it red. Look at California; it was one of the reddest states before Reagan gave amnesty. Now it's forever blue.

>How do I brainwash my students subtly?

How about teaching them to think critically? You know, that thing that American kids are now ranking near the bottom compared to most countries.

That's not what I want to do. Public schools are overwhelmingly leftist. Certainly public schools are a conflict of interest because they are government schools funded by taxes. The fact is, communism has a track record only a pseudo-intellectual could ignore. And it has a higher death count than Nazism. Yet a majority of the youth no nothing about that.

The problem is, if you brainwash them with right-wing ideas, they'll never learn. They'll just willingly accept what their leftist professors tell them in university later on as well.

If they learn to think critically, they will see through the bullshit, whether it's coming out of a liberal's mouth or a conservative's mouth.
