I get that you can't do certain things like podcasts while maintaining anonymity (even doing things with pseudonyms is not truly anonymous - it's namefagging) but the next best thing is to set things up so any particular person can drop out and the operation keeps running. Even if individuals become prominent out of necessity, they shouldn't be thought of as leaders. The important thing which can't be destroyed is the work that was done, the content (which still exists and will still find new listeners even if no more is produced) and ideas.
