The Uber driver, a man police identified as Gabriel Vasquez, reportedly helped the woman inside her apartment because she needed help walking. The report states he "escorted her to her bed and began to undress her." He is then accused of raping her.

Does not surprise me, funny thing is, I used to work with this guy, he got let go and started uber, but the guy who later replaced him was from iran. I no longer work there but you can see how these jobs can be lost to them, there could be a legit resident or citizen working there.
