Uh, dude, y'all set the White House and our Capitol building on fire.
>Complete military surprise
lol no
Woah, America bombed a civilian target, so brave! No offensive but that's pathetic, anybody can bomb a city. What happened at Pearl Harbor was flawless military planning against a military target, there is no comparison.
Yes, are you stupid? Also Falklands war second biggest military rape
All the ships sunk except the Arizona were fully repaired and operational in less than two years.
It was a pretty big fuckup actually.
At best it was a short-lived propaganda victory.
what happened to the portuguese anyways?
Howd they go from ruling the world to being the poorest country in europe?
i blame britain somehow, they caused all the worlds other problems, thanks for isreal by the way, ya cunts
You forgot:
>start the war that left your nation a financially and militarily devastated shell of its former glory.
they missed our aircraft carriers. whoops.
>Complete military surprise
Pretty much
>Minimal losses suffered
Not really
>Maximum inflicted damage
Not even close to true. A lot of the ships they did destroy were raised out of the water and repaired. The aircraft carriers were not in port so none of those got destroyed.
>Total military domination
See the Battle of Midway
>Complete embarrassment and demoralization of the US
The attack only made the American people want revenge and did nothing to demoralize the population.
Who's fault was that though? Americas
Probably the actual rape of Naking.
Well to be fair pearl harbor was probably allowed to happen. They could have stopped if they wanted to. They knew where the fleet was, they had the codes and they'd been provoking japan into war for months.
Ask Australia.
>flawless
They attacked when the most important half of the fleet wasn't there. I'm not sure what the definition of flawless is over there in ol' britania, but you need to review it or you'll fall behind the rest of the class again.
Battle of Tsushima Strait
are you retarded?
also not an argie, nice old bantz brah
nagasaki still exists dumbass
Japan was losing the war with in 6 months. Only the nature of the conflict made it last so long.
>Complete military surprise
>americans unironically believe this
>flawless
They literally flew right onto radar, the retards watching simply didn't realize what it was and didn't make a big deal about it.
Not going to deny we got raped, but it's not like we couldn't keep fighting afterwards.
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
the opium wars, and you should know it
>>Maximum damaged inflicted
>>Total military domination
didnt sink the Pacific Fleet carriers that wernt at Pearl at the time, which turned the tide of the war 2 years later.
also if you want complete military rape look at the Battle of Manila Bay. during the Spanish-American War Admiral Dewey's fleet rolled into Manila Bay unannounced and proceeded to sink 8 Spanish warships and killing 77 men. meanwhile Dewey took no damage and lost a total of one man to heatstroke.
So does pearl harbor? What's your point?
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
Ya what the United States did to the japanese navy shortly afterwards. Woke the sleeping dragon and got their slant eyed asses kicked.
>>Maximum damaged inflicted
They destroyed a bunch of obsolete battleships and then raped for all the way back to their island before finally getting nuked.
FDR knew it was going to happen. US had cracked Japanese encoding/encryption well before the attack. He let it happen because he wanted Casus Belli for war against Fascism.FDR was a pinko commie.
the image implies it was erased, obamoid
Hiroshima and Nagasaki
They missed their most important targets which were out at sea, they thought they'd still be there. Hardly flawless.
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
en.wikipedia.org
You're welcome
>Maximum damage inflicted
They put two total ships permanently out of commission, did no damage to the infrastructure, failed to hit the fuel dumps, and completely missed their intended targets: the American carrier fleet. Japs couldn't have dropped the ball on Pearl Harbor any harder if they had tried.
Hannibal Barca's Italy campaign in the Second Punic War. Not only did he do the 'impossible' of marching a standing army, complete with war elephants over the Alps and into the Po Valley, he won three of the most famous and complete "against the odds" strategic military victories in all human history in quick succession, on his mortal enemies home soil no less.
>Hannibal had defeated the equivalent of eight consular armies (16 legions plus an equal number of allies). Within just three campaign seasons (20 months), Rome had lost one-fifth (150,000) of the entire population of male citizens over 17 years of age. Furthermore, the morale effect of this victory was such that most of southern Italy joined Hannibal's cause. After Cannae, the Hellenistic southern provinces of Arpi, Salapia, Herdonia, Uzentum, including the cities of Capua and Tarentum (two of the largest city-states in Italy) revoked their allegiance to Rome and pledged their loyalty to Hannibal. As Livy noted, "How much more serious was the defeat of Cannae than those which preceded it, can be seen by the behavior of Rome's allies; before that fateful day, their loyalty remained unshaken, now it began to waver for the simple reason that they despaired of Roman power."
Hannibal's reputation in Rome was so terrifying that they literally used "Hannibal at the gates!" as an exclamation of fear or anxiety for generations to follow.
That's a fake wiki article someone shopped. It's not an actual thing.
>history class in college
>professor insists that Japanese are honorable and tried to warn us
>Nips would never ambush anyone
>professor insists that the Japs warned of the attack at a state dinner in DC the previous night
>she insists that we just didn't have the capability to warn Hawaii
>what.jpg
>I called her out on this nonsense
>she refused to listen to reason
>made some weird nonsensical argument about time zones and the international dateline
>everyone in the class was on my side because logic
>professor refused to admit that she was an idiot
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
Rape?
Japan may have started to put the tip in.
But then we ripped it off and shoved it up their ass. Twice.
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
That one battle where it was some Portuguese and a few ships versus all of India
>t..they let it happen
Ah that old bullshit, people say the same thing about every major event for some reason. I think it helps them sleep easier at night.
It's like 9/11, I guess the idea that their own government did it or allowed it to happen is somehow more comforting than the thought that it actually happened.
>fuel dumps
Not only did the rice niggers "fail" to hit them, they didn't even launch the wave that was supposed to hit them. Presumably because they were rice niggers.
the boxer rebellion, you limey faggot.
anyone can pull off a nasty sucker punch. we put our hand on our mouth and looked at the blood, and then proceeded to grind japan into dust and then nuke them. and then we nuked them again, for no fucking reason.
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
Dresden.
Though Dresden is in East Germany, so nothing of value was lost, really.
>Flawless execution old chap!
>nips missed the Enterprise, Hornet and Lexington, even Isokoru Yamamoto was shitting himself over that
>these three carriers then proceed to slap more than a few japs
Yeah, no. Far from flawless. Besides, Pearl Harbor WUZ INSIDE JERB
...
>Dutch ended the battle with more battleships than they began
Wew, has Britain suffered a more humiliating defeat than the attack on Medway?
Lost an equivalent of almost a billion 2016 dollars in one day.
No they let it happen because they didn't want the Japanese to know that they had broken all their communication codes by stopping it.
The attack on Hiroshima you dumb weaboo fuck.
op never heard of hiroshima or nagasaki.
Ok so your argument is that the americans are retarded and incompetent. They got surprised by a massive attack despite expecting an attack from japan and having japans secret codes.
Also as for military embarassments, try these on for size:

>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
You mean like the entire Pacific Campaign against Japan leading up to 2(two) nuclear bombs being dropped? And yes I already know you're just shitposting and don't actually believe the stupid shit you're saying.
>Not Rhodesian Operation Dingo

This kills the floppie.
Let's not forget a little thing called Dunkirk.
I'm sorry your grandfather was burned to ashes and your grandmother was serial-raped by the Russians.
Don't even need to read it, I'm relatively sure it's the one where they put on blackface and drove into the middle of their camp and nobody fucking noticed all the white people in blackface in the truck before they opened up with machineguns and slaughtered them all.
>Ok so your argument is that the americans are retarded and incompetent
I mean that's a pretty big argument considering that's what the history books say. Like I said, I guess it's easier for people to imagine their governments as omnipotent and all knowing than to realise the truth that maybe, just maybe governments are comprised of people that sometimes make mistakes.
They were considering a Japanese attack but ruled out Pearl Harbor because they considered it an impossible target.
So a surprise attack on a country you are not at war with while the fleet is in port is your greatest military rape?
So you think a nigger sucker punching some dude walking down the street is the best fight you ever saw?
en.wikipedia.org
en.wikipedia.org
Between June and October of 1944 the US fleet (after losing virtually all their battle ships) engaged and broke the back of the Japanese navy in open combat crippling them for the remainder of the war and leaving Japan almost totally defenseless for Americans to bomb at their leisure.
Thats a military rape.
>The man who was in charge of the soldiers that got slaughtered by their own shitty tactics is now a national leader
wew
This one will never bet topped.
Not only was it a total massacre for the Romans, but the nature of the military was different back then
It was a prestige thing and only the rich could afford the weapons and armour that would qualify them.
So it wasn't just losing an army. It was losing an entire generation of the future leaders of Rome
If it happened to any other culture, they would have surrendered immediately.
But the Romans were different
Pic mildly related. Another Roman massacre. Though this one was due more to incompetence of the Roman leader than the brilliance of the enemy
>I guess it's easier for people to imagine their governments as omnipotent and all knowing
No it's easier to just ignore the uncomfortable truth that govts will scarifice their citizens to accomplish their goals. US had the jap codes they knew about the plan and the japs movements.
Just how naive are you?
Rip Michiel de Ruyter. A true patriot and hero
Are you retarded? They needed a major event to get idiot normies to support the US getting involved in the western theatre
No, we don't. Just the trolls do. Our President knew the attack was coming, but didn't want to warn/intervene. We needed a reason to enter World War II
That's right, nothing ever happens and it's all a government conspiracy.
T. Non Brit
Cease your unending rambling on matters of which you have no knowledge, unwashed plebian.
We started WW2, it was us and the fucking frogs. I wish we had been conquered by Germany, at least your ancestors would have never been introduced to our islands in the great post war nigger migration.
Nah that was Operation Eland.
en.wikipedia.org
Your post shows you have little to no knowledge of history outside of high school textbooks.
Pearl Harbor was fucking stupid. The Japs did not take out ANY of the major fuel reserves. That was the whole goddamn point. It would have taken us forever to mobilize if they had destroyed the reserves, but they blew it.
Pearl Harbor was the day the Japs lost the war.
Pearl Harbor wasn't a surprise, the higher ups intentionally let the attack happen without warning so there would be a reason to go and join the fray in Europe and the Pacific.
...
Literally just rolled over the Republican Guard
Napoleone mother fucking Bonaparte
your daughters are getting raped by Pakis in Rottenburg
how cucked are you, britshit?
a fucking emu
>autistic speech
>autistic power point
>150000 subscribers
emu's are creatures not of this world, we throw ourselves against them and the hardened warriors that come back can kill an ordinary enemy just by looking at them
We may not have a Roman president here but at least we don't have a snow board instructor for president like y'all have in Canada.
>Launch an announced attack
>The announcement is delayed, so the enemy perceives it as a surprise attack and gets pissed
>Fail to hit the carriers or the oil tanks
>Almost all destroyed targets are recovered and repaired anyway
>Proceed to suffer a decisive defeat six months later while the enemy is focusing most of its efforts on the opposite hemisphere
>Surrender after getting hit with a superweapon that was developed on spare change and pocket lint
Pearl Harbor singlehandedly lost the war for the Axis.
because that was such a striking military defeat. did the u.s. ever recover?
The US bounced back from
Pearl Harbor in 6 months, never lost a other pacific engagement again, then got an unconditional surrender from the one country in the world that had never been occupied or controlled by Europeans before.
The Japanese invasion of the British Empire's pacific holdings was on a much larger scale and delivered far more permanent results.
Actually, there was warning
nationalgeographic.com
The Japanese Ambassador, the US Ambassador to Japan both gave warnings to the US State Department of the Declaration of War and imminent attack. A year before, even the US Generals were advising of Japanese attack on military points.
>d lost a total of one man to heatstroke.
god damnit , if he didn't have that it wOuld have been a flaWless victory, he should've been executed
>Launch surprise attack and miss all the important boats, continue to get your ass kicked all the way back across the pacific and then get BTFO harder than any other population in history
F L A W L E S S
how did that work out for japan?
im not surprised Ahmed over here is saying how "flawless" of an attack it was. He probably orchestrated suicide bombings himself.
>Has there ever been a bigger military rape than the attack on Pearl Harbor?
probably that time we nuked 2 civilian cities into ash. that shit was cray pham
>Woah, America bombed a civilian target, so brave! No offensive but that's pathetic, anybody can bomb a city.
like how the Brits burned Dresden to the ground? with all the civilians?
Operation "Eagle claw"
>be dealta force, ranger and CIA operative against angsty kebab teenagers with AKs
>get shot
Don't forget that that very night a storm put the fires out and a tornado ripped through the British camp.
God bless America, motherfuckers.
It's more demoralizing to lose to an enemy that loses a guy to heatstroke than it is to lose to an enemy that's fucking immortal in the first place.
Actually USA sanctioned and cucked Japan before the Pearl harbour event. Also the US administraton knew of the attack, but they let it happen. The newspaper on Hawaii wrote article about an imminent attack of Japan weeks before.
Oh sure.. because Germany never firebombed cities or targeted civilians.
ALL countries did it WW2.
Says the Brit, kek.
>fight with one hand behind your back and still dish out ten times as much pain as you recieve
>lmao US got raep
>suffered more casualties from friendly fire than from enemy fire
This is a whole new level of incompetence for the iraqis
>newspaper announce nippon attack next few weeks
>most important ships and carriers just left the harbor
>USA needed a reason to enter the war
How about that Afghanistan war there ruskie
