I lost 30lbs and gained it all back these last few months. my room is a mess. I'm back to playing World of Warcraft. My friends are split up. no girls. broke. I'm tired. Hoping Trumps inauguration meme energy boosts me up enough so that I can start seeing clear and make some improvements to my physical and mental health.
