I won't even get into how retarded this one is (doesn't have a date of birth but still considered murder if it dies, also can't claim life insurance on a fetus or file as dependent on taxes). Also the fucking laws that legally require you to throw a funeral for and bury every fetus (does this mean paid funeral leave every time there's a miscarriage in the family?) Seriously it's like they put zero thought into this.
Both of these bills aim to increase government control and waste our taxpayer money, because they're both unconstitutional and just going to get thrown out in the supreme court if they ever make it that far.
Why the fuck is my party throwing money at policy that clearly is unconstitutional.
