Plus the crown said the law is unclear, the legal aid lawyer these rapefugees would get could simply say it's before parliament and get the proceedings stayed indefinitely

For example, when it comes to natives, where a white person would get 10 years, the Native actually can submit a certain petition available only to whites that allows the judge to take into consideration "intergenerational trauma", substance abuse issues, mental health issues, etc related to Native and could dismiss the the charges outright as long as the Native went to some treatment program
