Redpill me on climate change

Is it actually a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese to destroy American industry?

And how did Trump figure that out? He used to advocate urgent climate action.

>Is it actually a hoax
Manmade climate change is a hoax.
>perpetuated by the Chinese to destroy American industry
No. Lefties are trying to redistribute wealth and using any means possible.

>Manmade climate change is a hoax
Sauce
>No. Lefties are trying to redistribute wealth and using any means possible.
But why? Is it all just muh feels?

shameless self bump

carbon emission tax

What about it?

money

Why do this as opposed to just raise taxes tho?

>Is it actually a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese to destroy American industry?

No. But it is far too politicized and blown way out of proportion by mainstream folks.

There's plenty we still don't know about climate science (need look no further than models and predictions from 10-20 years ago and how far off they are today to realize that).

Manmade climate change is a ridiculous theory based on limited knowledge of a mere slice of data that is infinitely insignificant. It is propagated by governments, individuals, and organizations that seek to gain profit, power, or control.

There is no way to conclusively establish or prove it's existence. It is impossible.

Makes sense

Because in the world of politics, you can't just raise taxes because you need revenue. You have to have a reason. Manmade climate change is that reason.

>Prof of Carbon rejects man made emissions theory and is removed from IPCC

Its real and there's sufficient evidence to support that it is influenced by humans.

The earth is about to enter into a solar minimum which will induce another mini ice age with the next decade.

Or another ice age proper.

The IPCC's and globalist answer to this is higher carbon taxes and geoengineering.

The population is distracted enough to starve to death.

...

>The IPCC's and globalist answer to this is higher carbon taxes and geoengineering.
what's your answer?

True, Leaf, but see

The issue with global warming is the scientist got caught faking the data. Just click x to get past the adds.

You'd have to be actually retarded to think it was fake.

Also does Trump just think global warming is massively overblown, or does he flat out reject the possibility of it being at all true?

>Is it actually a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese to destroy American industry?
The claims about global warming are mostly bs and overhyped, deforestation and ocean pollution are the biggest threat to animals(still not huge threat.) The biggest thing to worry about is pollution fucking people up, generally people living in cities or around/in hot spots have far more exposure to dangerous pollution than most wild animals not living close to cities. Chemicals that end up in the ground and water are FAR more destructive than co2 will ever be.
Also shit like recycling or using electric cars or any other "green" bullshit doesn't change shit, almost all of it is from big industries. The green push comes mostly from fuckers that want to tax more.

I'm not sure if china is necessarily behind it, but you can be sure that the chinese don't give a fuck about being "green," and anyone who tries to will obviously become less competitive.

>obscene profits

Exxon Mobil's net profit margin is like 5%

Compare that to tech companies like Apple, Google, etc. which typically run in the 20-30%.

5-10% is a relatively modest profit margin.

Only braindead trump supporters think climate change is fake.

At least here we're taking steps to do something about it with the carbon tax.

Not just muhfeels. Most of the funds will be transferred to themselves.

I think is the first one. But there's a lot of Jewish interests in this.

You want to know what's funny?

Carbon emissions in the US are the lowest they have been in decades.

You want to know why?

Largely due to hydraulic fracturing (you know, that even think liberals would have banned if they could) and the natural gas boom it created, causing many utilities to convert their power generating stations from coal or oil to cheap, plentiful, and clean-burning natural gas.

Basically the free market (not some government bureaucrats, or some cap and trade or tax scheme) fixed it.

Ain't that just wacky?

>Jewish interests
Like Jared ((((Kushner)))) and Stephen ((((Mnuchin))))

Exactly Leaf. Anyone who denies this is literally a troglodyte.

Keep driving your electric car leaf. You know. The one that runs on coal and requires strip mining for for the heavy metals in its batteries.

>Basically the free market (not some government bureaucrats, or some cap and trade or tax scheme) fixed it
That doesn't necessarily mean that fracking became popular because it's better for the environment. It could have been """"fixed"""" just from random chance.

I thought we were racist Islamophobic, misogynist, homophobic, white males enjoying white privilege?

...

Climste does chgea naturally. Humans effect is greatly overexaggerated by anticorporate lefties who disguise it as "save da urrth and hold hands :)" happy message to put in kids shows and shit

more plants will grow in the higher temps and absorb all the excess carbon and everything will be fine

Exactly, the carbon tax is what's necessary for social license to build oil infrastructure and obtain economic/population growth and anyone who points out that humans require a certain amount of energy to survive and enjoy life is a racist, bigot.
