I'd donate to a charity that subsidized healthcare for poor individuals IF it required a physical fitness program to receive benefits.

Nobody should be forced to subsidize healthcare for strangers though.

Obamacare was designed by high IQ city people and worked.

Trumpcare is designed by rural and suburban retards and most likely will be a biblical disaster.

The GOP replacement wont fine you for not having it. Which is the main thing.

Obamacare is theft. It's the worst kind of theft too. It's theft from the poor and underemployed.

>GOP replacement
lol, fuck off faggot

It's going to be more or less the same thing maybe without requiring birth control coverage.

wont be fined for not having health insurance, which ia huge, if you create in-eleastic demand by making everyone require it, it gives insurances free reign to bump up prices atleast the amount of the fine, afterall, you would be paying for it anyways

>worked
>enabled the insurancecompanies to screw over the country by getting rid of competition and enabling them to raise cost by a few 100% as people hat no chance but to sign up and the taxpayers payed either way

choose one

Thats why you have a government placed insurance to counter it.

Prevents cartel like actions by privet insurance company's.

What replacement?
GOP can't replace Obamacare, it's just Romneycare, developed by the GOP and giving blank checks to GOP constituencies like insurance companies.

not named after a black guy whose name sounds like a famous terrorist who blew up the world trade center

If it worked why was it unanimous that Hillary and Trump were going to make serious changes, if not abolish the whole thing?

Fucking retard.

>Posting the same shit everyday
How autistic are you?

There he is. The Obamaleaf that some how works in city people, and rednecks into every fucking post.

Literally one of the most delusional posters on this entire site if not a clever troll.

No individual mandate would be good enough for me.

If they really want to "fix" it and still have the government guarantee it without forcing it on the citizens, they should make insurance shall issue to all citizens under no circumstances, no exceptions, coverage and amounts determined by the agencies, allow access to any agency anywhere in the world, federally mandated mandatory minimum coverage available from providers, make minimum coverage a dollar value not a service rendered(ie, $35,000 of whatever the hell you need done, per year or 3 or 5 years or something, abortions, dentists, eyes, drugs whatever comes from that, no discretion), tax payments for insurance 10% or so to fund government guarantee for emergencies exceeding your max for the uninsured that need emergency healthcare will get services guaranteed by the fund from insurance payment taxes to be repaid via income tax, witheld from paycheck like child support, etc with no income exception for the destitute

Depending on enrollment and taxed payments, maybe a maximum tax per year so overpayments for unused insurance gets refunded at tax time
($3,500/year insurance payment tax max per citizen, pay $3,700, get $200 back in April. Inverted for the opposite.)
1 new form come tax time, hospital and care providers report to IRS of services rendered.
>on xx date user required service and used health insurance.

Spot the flaw.

>competition

Maybe the dumbest meme that the GOP has come up with.

How are they supposed to compete? By paying the doctors less?

Fuck you nigger.

>they should make insurance shall issue to all citizens under no circumstances, no exceptions, coverage and amounts determined by the agencies,
This is what Obamacare does, and is the reason the mandate exists.

If insurance companies are required to accept any applicant, that means everyone can just not have health insurance until something comes up and they need it. So, everyone drains from the pool without anyone paying much into it.

The mandate forces people to pay in to keep the system afloat.

Well, for one, Obamacare is an actual piece of legislation that was passed with 60 votes, signed into law, and then reinforced by the Supreme Court.

There is no replacement plan put forward by the GOP thus far. Just vague talk of vouchers and a return to the crummy system we had before Obamacare, which wasn't working.

Most likely the GOP is going to repeal Obamacare and pass a bill that does nearly everything that the ACA was doing, allowing them to rebrand the same health care as their plan.

And while they're playing politics, people will die from not being able to afford their treatments.

Obamacare = Put together by a president that had no idea how business's(insurance companies) would screw his "plan"

Trumpcare = Put together by a man who knows exactly how business's(insurance companies) will try and screw his plan.

>Obamacare is an actual piece of legislation that was passed with 60 votes
No, it wasn't.

>why was it unanimous that Hillary and Trump were going to make serious changes, if not abolish the whole thing?

Because conservashits and Berniefags have pounded it into their thick rural and suburban skulls that there is a magical solution to all their problems that will fix everything without requiring any work on their side and will not accept any alternative whatsoever.

Conservashits believe that by praying to god and letting the free market fix it, every person on the planet will magically have free health care.

Berniefags believe that by taxing the rich and smoking weed, every person on the planet will also have magical free health care, just like in “Scandinavia and Canada”.

Why do they believe that?

Because they're rural and suburban retards who don't live in the real world. They have no idea what's required to build the modern world that was given to them by people who create civilization.

>The mandate forces people to pay in to keep the system afloat.

I solved that issue if you read on.

>tax payments for insurance 10% or so to fund government guarantee for emergencies

If you pay for the governemt guaranteed health insurance, you pay for the guarantee for everyone.

Basically, like buying a new car.
>$500 a month for 5 years affords you $30,000 worth of care.
>$3,000 worth of taxes into the fund for destitute and emergency care
>"emergency" to be defined as catastrophic, or unforseen need like late life cancer, where the first treatments are paid, recouped from tax liabilities and enforced regular coverage afterwards

Basically, you get 1 bailout from the government then get taxed to pay it back or for chronic conditions you have to start paying for that coverage you now need.

Does it just add to the cuck meme if I say I'm ashamed of most leaf posters?

they were able to finance the insurance they give previously with a few times less the costs as they had to "fight" for customers who would choose the most costefficient ones. since now everyone has to get insurance they didnt have to fight for the customers anymore and so they increased the cost a few 100% which forced the taxpayer to pay for it through obama care, all that money could have been spent for infrastructure, or even, if obama would have been smart enough to prevent that skyrocketing prices, the healthsystem, or basically anything else.
They were able to offer the insurance cheap before obamacare, why not after it? everyone should be able to see it was just the insurancecompany grabbing more taxmoney since they can now.

Look bitch.

The insurance company has the pay the doctor a certain amount, otherwise the doctor either

a) won't treat you

or

b) won't become a doctor because it's not worth the trouble

No amount of free market magic will ever circumvent this issue, no matter how many pictures of smug frogs you post on the internet.

I can improve it even more with incentives to purchase it at a younger age, too.

>be 20 something, not need insurance "really"
Buy minimum coverage for first year, say $30,000, unused, agency obligated to raise total coverage X%(say 5%) so following years coverage maximum would be $31,500 and so on for the duration so the higher cost of late life care(ie assisted living or cancer costs) would be offset by a lifetime of "good health" so to speak so by the end of your life you could be paying $500 a month for $100,000 or more of health services.
Incentivize early life adoption with a late life bonus.

If there was competition drug prices wouldn't be 5x higher than they are in other countries for the same fucking pill because the drug companies couldn't get away with charging whatever they want because the insurance companies will pay whatever they ask and jack up the premiums.

I can even improve it even further because
>inb4 get a root canal 5 years in and lose incentive to increase care maximum
If you do so happen to get some sort of "maintainence" work done, agreement to be made by care provider if patient pays half out of pocket with half from the coverage either by payment plan with provider(low interest may or may not apply) or in full at time of service shall not negate effects of continuous coverage maximum increase.

they were able to bay the doctor before with less than half the charges. why not after obamacare? do you seriously dont get that this extreme increase of cost is just a scam to abuse the fact you have to get insurance now?
