Are you autistic

...

since op wont answer, I will.

Yes, he is autistic

why do you perpetuate the stereotype of libertarians being condescending assholes?

because both the left and right cant imagine life without their welfare contingency plan.

age a person has adult rights?

How would you deal with people selling poisoned food?

You hate sports im guessing?
Why do you keep your money in a bank then.
Why do you hate privacy on the internet and neutrality?

How do you win a question?

how is life as an expired meme

How would you determine, if at all, the age of consent?

You can't poison them because that implies harming them, illegal.

How do you define Libertarianism. And do you believe in any regulation on markets? If so how much?

Texas telling it how it is.

If you to eat poison food and die, you can buy from someone else. It's not rocket science, user.

Purple square or green square?

How do you feel about paternal libertarianism

why has every libertarian government failed?

I mean how do you determine that number? How do you support 18 as opposed to 16, 17, or 19?

Who would win and which faction would you side with?
Warlord Zuckerberg or Warlord Musk

Well name one that has existed to fail?

Should the State forbid incest?
How do you restrict your wife's freedom to bang Tyrone on the side without violating the NAP?
Hf, I'll come back later. Maybe

Is really rather not have government meddle in what I'm selling, it's none of their business. It's not my fault if some where to eat the food I'm selling

You told me to pick an age and I did. I choose 18 because tons of things become legalized when you turn 18. Therefore, have everything legalized by the age of 18.

Wtf are you saying?

I don't speak autism.

America was the only country that even attempted a libertarian government, and it failed because assholes like Hamilton weakened the Constitution to allow for insidious statism.

Is tax evasion morally wrong?

/thread

Your wife is not your property, and if you have a problem with her banging Tyrone then it sounds like you need to get a better wife.

Having incestuous relations, as long as all parties are over the age of consent, wouldn't be violating anyone's rights and so therefore should be legal, but reproducing potentially deformed children would probably violate the child's rights. Tough one for sure, but by itself isn't enough to discredit the entire system of thought.

There shouldn't even be taxes.

at least we have a military, canadicuck

If you live in a world where unknown food could poison you, would you eat unknown food?

Libertarianism is based on reputation and vouching.

Plus if you knowingly poisoned someone, that's still a crime in Libertopia.

It's your absolute right to sell poisoned food.
Just don't call it food. It's called standards. I wouldn't call a computer 'food'.

Taxes are immoral but we still live in a society that punishes you for not paying your taxes. Some fights aren't worth fighting even when you're right. Better to subvert by offering contrary opinion.

thanks for doing the heavy lifting, now we can focus on harvesting our syrup.

ur mum harvested muh syrup if yaknowmsayin

You are making me look stupid just because I live in the same country, you fucking cunt. Stop it.

What your thoughts on Gavin McInnes? I think he's a pretty alright LEAF

Why should the government enforce age restrictions?

Maybe more profoundly how does a government deal with unjust perpetrated by a corporation? Does all those responsible for say a private bridge's failure deserve to go to jail for life?

...

what the fuk did u just say to me, cunt? I'll Fookin nip ye. I'll shank ur Nan, swear on me mum

But since they exist and I currently evade paying them should I feel bad about it?

You are breaking the law, so yes.

A bridge's failure would imply negligence somewhere. Victims would be able to sue the company for damages, and then after an investigation criminal negligence charges could be brought up against someone if they dropped the ball. Pretty much the same as it works now.

Government enforced restrictions come from the fact that with rights also come responsibility. The two are inseparable, and if someone can't handle a responsibility then they don't have the corresponding right. Children do not yet possess the responsibility associated with many rights. The same logic can be applied to deny mentally ill people the use of deadly weapons for example, though when we're talking about taking away the rights of an individual person like that then it needs to be subject to due process first.

FUCKING RESPOND TO ME

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Oh user... how should I say this? If your opinion of morality (and feeling bad) is based on laws you're pretty fucked up.

Yes, it is enough to discredit this entire system of thought as a backbone, which is how muh purists like OP foolishly approach it. Civilization needs rules, you don't win normies by letting them know that inbreeding and other types of degenerate behaviour are a-ok as long as the NAP is safe, they look at you like the freak you come across as.

Muh freedoms has been the trojan horse of cultural marxism in the West, there's a reason why we talk about liberals and liberalism, and that's what libertarians in their theoretical ivory tower refuse to understand, because they think they've found a safe space against WrongThink Crime in it. Nobody is ever unhappy in muh safe spaceuuuuh.

That's not how it works. Libertarianism is pretty much enforceable within a community of 140 IQ white men only, which kinda restricts its practical application. Tend towards freedom is a very good axis to have, but libertarian utopias practically don't exist; never will.

Idk who tf that is, desu.

Don't you think there's such a thing as too much freedom? Also, follow up question, how will we defend ourselves against foreign invaders with a small military?

Does intellectual property exist?

No.

Should it?

Approving of certain behavior and refusing to criminally prosecute are two different things. Libertarians hold the preservation of rights above all else, and if a law violates those rights then it is by definition an unjust law. If brother and sister want to get their freak on, that may not be ok with me but it would be immoral and unjust for me to deny them their right to do that. Having a deformed child should be a criminal offense since the rights of the child were violated by the parents.

There's no such thing as "too much freedom" if the foundational law is the non-aggression principle. People should otherwise be free to do whatever they want as long as it's not causing quantifiable harm to other people.

>Also, follow up question, how will we defend ourselves against foreign invaders with a small military?

A proper society would have a defense sufficient enough to defend against foreign invaders.

What's your opinion on child pornography?

Violates age of consent laws, therefore illegal.

Without a government, how will we fund military technologies? Other countries aren't going to stop making nukes just because we decide to have a "civilian militia".

You're affected by the Theoretical BS syndrome, brother. It's ok, most patients manage to grow out of it after a while. Or they simply lose interest in politics once it is established the area won't meet their idealistic expectations. Either way, it's fine. I understand. I've been there.

As of your brother and sister example, be the father then come talk to me again about how immoral and unjust for you it would be to deny their rights.

Muh purity does not make for a good political system. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Libertarianism =/= anarchism. Libertarians are in favor of having a government, but that the purpose of that government is the preservation of liberty and rights. This implies having a military to defend that liberty from foreign invaders, and would also imply a research arm of that military to make sure it will be capable of doing so.

But that doesn't mean you need to have a massive standing army at all times. A proper civil militia to augment the core professional army should be fine.

No one said "civilian militia". A libertarian society would likely have a military (albeit smaller since standing militaries are inefficient). Investment would be made in sufficient technology and weaponry to deter hostility.

The father also has no right to violate the rights of his children. Once they are of age they can do whatever they want and if he doesn't like it then that's tough shit for him. If they're not violating anyone else's rights then NO ONE has the right to violate theirs.

I've got an awesome question I'm certain you never heard it before nor will you manage to answer it.
Asuming we are living in a libertarian society what happens to the existence of our primary means of transportation which are entirely state funded ?

That's basically the "R O A D S" argument.

>Poison someone
>Get sued
>Those directly responsible go to prison
>Company takes a massive fine or goes bankrupt
Furthermore there is now a demand for a separate private corporation to test food safety.

Because both the left and the right dream of their form of authoritarianism. We just want liber tea.

Logistics companies and businesses would fund roads.

Well shit, I can get behind that. More investment in technology and send some of our boys home? I like it.

Still authoritarian though, and I will be as long as we have niggers.

They are fucking great at making Israel and the Saudis happy too.

Estonia is the closest thing to a Libertarian gov't and from what I understand it's doing fucking great

>you can't do something because it's illegal
Fucking dropped

Thus spawning many many toll boothes

You're going into ancap territory now. Government solving collective action problems is fine but should be avoided if possible. For example if the economy is large enough for private corporations to completely manage the construction of roads then so be it but if not the government should resolve it.

Education in a libertarian society the post.
Yeah. Me and my mercenaries are taking you out bud. If only you had some taxes to fund a military.

But, what do you think of Hans-Hermann Hoppe and his realistic libertarianism?

Here's a fun fact. 99% of road maintenance is needed due to freight wear. Normal passenger vehicles cause almost no damage to roads. Also much of the road system was built to satisfy freight. This was encouraged by corporations back when commercial trucking was taking off. Almost nowhere in the US is there a usage tax, so essentially taxpayers are subsidizing the transportation networks for large retailers. A company like Wal-Mart just couldn't exist without this kind of subsidization, their logistics network utterly depends on it.

With a private road construction model, it's likely the cost of moving freight large distances (now shifted from the taxpayer to the freight companies that use the road) would be prohibitively expensive and it would be more efficient for the the economy to become more decentralized (and thus more diversified, which means healthier and more robust). So less big box stores and more mom and pop stores. Long distance freight would still be possible, obviously, but would probably be reserved for goods that truly do need to be moved large distances, and other type of transportation networks like rail and air would be used more. Incidentally, more air and rail freight would probably encourage more air and rail passenger travel, too, which would be cool.

Obviously I could be talking out of my ass, but it seems reasonable to me.

How are private prisons going to work?

did you vote trump?

private roads don't necessarily mean toll boothes. In I talk a lot about freight and I suspect some kind of freight subscription model would work. Or something like EZ Tag would be fine, especially when you're not paying taxes.

I'm not sure exactly what a private road model would look like, but there's enough options out there that I seriously doubt a toll booth hell would arise. Someone would find something that works and it would be repeated. That's how the free market operates.

Roads could be provided by corporations, the same way shopping malls are. There would be a lot of toll booths, and a lot better roads. Or you could just go off-road. No law against that.

Contracts awarded based on recidivism rates not on how many prisoners they can cram in.

At least toll booths would be voluntary, cheaper, and probably end with roads without potholes or heavy construction that lasts 3 years.

Or, you know, Walmart would pay for the main road to their business so they can get customers.

Or there's a subscription model like Amazon Prime.

Do you believe in the sterilization of people with low IQ or genetic deformities, be they mental or physical? You've said yourself having a deformed child should be outlawed.

I generally have no problem with libertarian theory, I think government should be responsible for national defense and law enforcement only. However a lot of libertarians I know irl are basically pseudo-anarchists, which I do not approve of. Absolute freedom will lead to humanity's downfall.

What do you think of neocameralism OP?

Have you heard of Gulags? Would be much like, only it would be private

My personal brand of libertarianism says if someone is willing to financially support a degenerate child they may. Just don't be crying if no one gives you support.

If you're doing Eugenics is makes more sense to do a positive eugenics where society lends aid to ideal partners: those couples which are both physically fit and smart.
