I don't think you understand what Net Neutrality is. It has nothing to do with "government funding" or "communism". Each and every one of us pays for our internet. Paying for your internet on top of paying for access to websites like YouTube, Facebook, etc as if they were "premium packages" like HBO and Starz for cable is fucking absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention it gives ISPs way too much control over the ability to censor and manipulate the internet you view as a whole.
