The problem is that the jobs we have here in the Netherlands and Germany are jobs that are made up by the government to keep people working. They have to clean streets, pick trash, etc. Even though a lot of them have a degree but simply can't find a job

my younger brother is on one of those programs where companies hire unemployed people through various government agencies. it usually lasts for 3 months give or take and government pays the company to hire these lads, after the times is expired they will simply start the progress all over again with different people and gain huge profits. the companies don't actually pay wage. it's a bonus to welfare or something
