Christianity actually united a destroyed empire and prolonged its life until the great migrations began.
The only unifying component in Europe after Rome fell was Christianity. If Europe was still pagan at the time of muslim expansion, we'd all be muslim now.

Christianity, especially Catholicism, has been in the hands of Europeans and their colonial diaspora for so long now that it resembles true European values as organized religion. Much of the scripture however is filled with cucked, peace shit that older European eras managed to reason away, or simply ignore, in order to get things done and follow their true nature. Christianity, take as a whole in its historical context and cultural effects, can't honestly be said to be wholly, or even mostly, Semitic anymore.
