>The Tohono O’odham Nation, a federally recognised tribe with a reservation that spans 75 miles along the US-Mexico border, said on Thursday that it does not support the proposed wall and will attempt to block construction if it goes ahead.
>In a statement it criticised the White House for signing an executive order without consulting the tribe, and hinted at Standing Rock-style mass resistance if necessary. The tribal vice-chairman has previously said the government could build the wall “over my dead body”.
>builds north around it. Congratulations, they just became Mexicans.
Noah Parker
Build it arround the edge of their reservation and let them get raped by the beaners
Levi Cook
Put them on the other side of the wall, then.
They'll be fine. It's their land.
Kevin Sullivan
Poor guy is going to have a wall on top of his corpse.
Ethan Fisher
But the place still falls within the American political border. Meaning any Mexican born on that land is an american. Gg, m8.
Lucas Jenkins
The Indian Wars can always be reopened under Trump. They should be careful!
Jose Davis
Build the wall around the reservation. Problem solved. Indian niggers on the outside bordering Mexico. Block their access to the country.
Tyler Carter
>over my dead body Where were you when you realized the Wall will be built on Indian burial grounds?
Andrew Kelly
>they actually build a hospital in mexico >its still not really in mexico. lmao
Cooper Lee
>could build the wall “over my dead body”.
that'll be the most massive tomb stone ever
Jack Martinez
Just put the wall around the opposite end of the reservation and let Mexico have it.
Angel Price
Native Americans about to be BTFO harder than 1870
Brayden Russell
This autistic retard is spamming thia in any thread that criticizes Herr Trump. Apparently he feels Sup Forums is some hugbox like redit
Jose Wood
No you idiot. The reservation is within the US political border. Any child born on that reservation is an American citizen. You can't just build the wall around the reservation and leave them to Mexico unless you legally remove the USAs ownership of that land. This would have dangerous implications.
Isaac Rivera
>Executive order proclaiming no citizenship for reservation x
Grayson Johnson
>falls within the American political border
Reservations aren't USA land.
Isaac Fisher
And no one heard from that tribe ever again. Its allready erased from history.
Jack Fisher
They sure did a great job blocking the pipeline too
Elijah Morales
and thus they would have to build a hospital of sorts on that land for safe child birth,
back to my joke.
Brayden Ortiz
Tell them to go back to East Asia and tear down the Great Wall of China first.
Michael Ortiz
The wall is already written into law from when Republicans, and even Hillary, voted for it. I doubt they can do a thing
Andrew Hernandez
There's no way that bitch is Native American
Ryder Powell
This tbqh
Indians refuse to allow wall on their land America declares that their land is no longer America and builds around it
Indians either become the newest independent state on Earth (begging to come back to the union within 1 year) or get annexed by Mexico (begging to come back to the union within 1 week)

>native americans think they can stand up to the Federal Govenrment
>As a senator, Barack Obama once offered measured praise for the border control legislation that would become the basis for one of Donald Trump’s first acts as president.
>“The bill before us will certainly do some good,” Obama said on the Senate floor in October 2006. He praised the legislation, saying it would provide “better fences and better security along our borders” and would “help stem some of the tide of illegal immigration in this country.”
>Obama was talking about the Secure Fence Act of 2006, legislation authorizing a barrier along the southern border passed into law with the support of 26 Democratic senators including party leaders like Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Chuck Schumer.
>Now it’s become the legal mechanism for Trump to order construction of a wall between the United States and Mexico, attempting tomake good on a key promise from the campaign trail. Trump specifically cited the law in the first sentence of Wednesday’s executive order authorizing the wall.
Grayson Phillips
>Native American tribe When can we remove this meme culture? I'm tired of people trying to pretend they give a single fuck about muh native people.
If you love natives so much, give them your land.
John Harris
>Dangerous implications Found the shill.
Christopher Cooper
Very smart, now the wall will be built on indian burial grounds, meaning it will have spooky ghosts around it ensuring Mexicans don't even go near it.
Josiah King
>already spent every last scrap of political capital on making the public view you as an irrational bunch of hippies powerless against a foreign corporate body >surely this will be enough to block Trump's administration and democratically elected supermajority
James Lopez
>zuz Dangerous implications can be problematic
Charles Lewis
Good idea, Indians have a great track record fighting against the US.
Actually I had a dream that Trump is going to abolish nation-status for Indians and seize their lands. America First.
Owen Nelson
Her boyfriend is a nigger. Trashed.
Jacob Watson
Simple solution: Genocide
Nolan Fisher
just wall them off too? treat them as a different nation.
Landon Brooks
Indian wars are back on guys. Better saddle up the horses.
Jeremiah Wood
I think they've had their free ride long enough. Can't incorporate them into the wall though, it would weaken the foundation.
Having said that, will the wall actually be built ON their land? It would be hilarious if they could legally block it and then it would become the only place for millions of illegals criminals and cartels to pass, right through their living space.
Joseph Williams
I'd plant my seeds in her fish hole either way tbqhf
Henry Ross
Doesn't work that way. He'd literally have to EO overruling the law which states that Americans are born on American soil. A reservation is federal land held in trust, thus American soil. The wall literally cannot go around the reservation and be left on the Mexico side due to the legal loopholes it opens up. One of two things has to happen. Trump gives the land to Mexico, removes it from rhe US policital ownership, and sets a precedent where land can be removed/leave at will, or he finds a way to build the wall while keeping the reservation.
>A federal Indian reservation is an area of land reserved for a tribe or tribes under treaty or other agreement with the United States, executive order, or federal statute or administrative action as permanent tribal homelands, and where the federal government holds title to the land in trust on behalf of the tribe
1. they don't own the American border 2. eminent domain exists and has just been used to pass the building of the Dakota Pipeline 3. we should just build the wall around their reservation and allow them to take in as many illegals as they want
Gabriel Baker
Fucking Indian shitskins.
They should have been wiped out the first time around.

Aiden Baker
Just give them some more beads.
Caleb Hall
reservations aren't american land, they're indian land
Asher Turner
I'm sure he'll happily give the land to Mexico. Then the Indians will cave because they don't want to be Mexicans.
This doesn't end without Trump winning.
Isaiah Miller
>The relationship between federally recognized tribes and the United States is one between sovereigns, i.e., between a government and a government. This “government-to-government” principle, which is grounded in the United States Constitution, has helped to shape the long history of relations between the federal government and these tribal nations.
>A federally recognized tribe is an American Indian or Alaska Native tribal entity that is recognized as having a government-to-government relationship with the United States, with the responsibilities, powers, limitations, and obligations attached to that designation, and is eligible for funding and services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Indian land is not USA territory.
Can you quote me something in your links that supports the claim that anyone born on Indian land is granted US citizenship? Because your links are calling it an entirely separate political entity, with its own sovereignty, i.e. not the United States of America.
Michael Price
>Are they not aware of his power level?
I dunno. Seems like Trump is getting trolled pretty bad by liberal lawyers last two days. I'm sure he's super pissed-off.
Levi Jackson
That... will actually probably work.
The US government is either going to have to back down or pay them an INSANE amount of money.
Building a wall around the reservation is funny, but completely impractical. Announcing such an act would bring down the government.
Zachary Robinson
The reservation goes inland quite a lot if we were to build the wall around it it would be a huge detour >pic related look at the Arizona border its massive
Alexander Butler
They'll be begging for the Wall once they start drowning in mexicans.
Andrew Bennett
Indian reservations are like states
Ultimate authority over the Indian reservation lies with the federal government
The feds can just ignore the cries of the feather niggers and build on their land regardless
Oliver Garcia
Amazing! Trump found a way to get prairieniggers away from the casinos and booze! UNDER BUDGET AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE MAGA!
William Diaz
Indians have never stopped us from winning, what makes them think they can win now? Lol
Jason Perry
That is categorically untrue.
Elijah White
>the government could build the wall “over my dead body”. well... then the tohono o'odham people should prepare a funeral pyre.
you will not stop the wall red skin
Grayson Allen
This. Beads, cigarettes, and alcohol will make any feather nigger crack.
Kayden Ortiz
I've done work on this reservation, there are areas and roads you don't go down or to as a white boy. This reservation is garbage.
Ryder Rodriguez
>independant Not alot of people know this but mexicans actually mistreat the native people in mexico and the us. I call bullshit on this story
Angel Bell
i'd fuck her.
who is she?
Nathan Rogers
Siding with the indians here. Oh well the wall doesnt have to be perfect.
Angel Mitchell
elaborate?
Ayden Hernandez
Indian tribes are sovereign. Just look at that clip libs love to trot out about George Bush. Trump can just tell the indians they have their own country now.
Jaxson Long
Yes but until then they want it open for probably aesthetics and wildlife.
Christopher King
Last time the US built something that fucked with this reservation (not on their land, a dam upstream) they ended up paying what would today be $200,000,000 and giving them extra land.
Evan Martin
>Build the wall with the reservation on the mexican side I wonder how long it'd take them to realize they fucked up.
Carson Richardson
build a wall and more indians go to prison so arent allowed to vote next election?
cool
Luke Barnes
1/16th Cherokee here. Do it over his dead body as he requests.
Dylan Nguyen
its gunna be hilarious when we just build the wall around the tribe too and they have to go through mexico to get to the US.
Kevin White
>build over his dead body >now it's cursed
Good luck fighting off poltergeists. cartelcucks
Christopher Davis

T H I C C
Jose Ross
Fucking dirt worshipping heathens.
Xavier Allen
We'll see what happens. The tribe members are sovereign citizens if they so choose. The land is federally owned. Ergo any person born on that land is automatically American citizen. Natives have the choice of opt out. Yes. The tribes are sovereign. The land isnt. It's held in trust on behalf of people choosing to be sovereign.
David Morales
Who in the fuck is this juice masseuse?
Josiah Long
Nope it's totally true
Feather niggers have no say
The wall is going up
Isaac Bell
featherniggers will regret this, time t finish the extermination
Henry Williams
Reservations are federal held land ruled by sovereign citizens. They can't just steamroll into the reservations unchecked and at the same time, any person born on the reservation is an American and those sovereign citizens still have the same bill of rights that American citizens have. They can vote in elections, own guns, etc.
It's a catch 22.
Liam Mitchell
>build wall around them >their reservation infested with Mexicans >tribe die out from drugs, starvation due Mexicans eating everything, and Mexican cartels And problem solved.
Sebastian Carter
If you read his quote you can tell that even he knows that the indians have no power here.
He spoke of standing rock style resistance. That means they have no legal leg to stand on.
The wall will be built
Aaron Rodriguez
He did put up Andrew Jacksons portrat.
Wyatt Ortiz
embargo their firewater
Brandon Robinson
Theyll beg when their gibmedats run out. We should also put a mouthwash embargo in place.
Cooper Murphy
Why do the native americans want whites to make the same mistakes they did by letting in foreigners
Evan Murphy
NatAmer Pol here The border has already been built on the border. Bush secure fence act did alot of it already. 70 miles of border is on reservation southern boundary. Its the vehicle barrier infrastructure built starting '07 .a wall/fence of 8foot bollards is installed now. But sections a hundred yards and two miles are undone. Much of the border is inaccessible to border patrol part of the year. We need bridges over seasonal flood ways. The drug cartels operate freely in those areas. Border infrastructure is what we need.
Sebastian Jones
They have more than enough legal legs to stand on with federal law. The land is federally owned, but ruled by the sovereign citizen. They build a wall through this land, and it's going to get very messy legally.
Owen Morris
They are interfering with the federal government's ability to defend its borders.
That overrules any of their petty useless concerns.
Liam Hughes
Native American literally have no morals or ideologies. They simply exist for gibs, anytime Native American make a "stand" against anything, they ar simply signaling for a payoff. You could build a nuclear waste/sewer dump in the middle of their tribal town hall as long as you paid them enough.
Nolan Kelly
there was always going to be a question of those who were in the air at the moment of the ER passing and those 'air-side' at the moment of ER passing because of technicalities like being on american soil but not having passed the (customs) border or being in international airspace/over the atlantic.
it's much ado about (dindu) nuffins though. perhaps these dozen or so hajis get in, but anyone else after is still banned. the left/media will still talk about how it is a loss for trump when 12 technicalities get through, while no one else does.
