So apparently the people who voted were not the ones deported. It's the relatives of the people deported that voted, as they apparently are US citizens.
What I don't understand is pic related. Apparently the people deported had green cards, which means although they were deported on the day the order was signed, they can come back, as since then the order was made to not extend to green card holders. So why the fuck don't they just come back?
