They mix in a few facts here and there to confuse us, but in reality it's all a cabal of leftists that want to change how we view the world. Just look at the climate change cooperation that they have been doing to trick us into stopping industrialization.

That's true for the mainstream science but there are many intelligent unbiased folks and there have been many geniuse in the 19th century that aren't censored but don't have the full answers anyways - just many hints and a lead into the right direction

there are groups of people communicating and discussing technology and science over the internet and/or meet in different places and you can join them with some research.
it takes some research to find interesting scientists aswell, but most of the briliant people used to work with each other without giving a fuck about the public
tesla, schauberger are a good start to find further people they were working with or groups working partially on the basis of their work
