About religion, Judaism and Islam would be outlawed

Hard drugs legal, cigs illegal. Are you actually that retarded?

Anybody who things free speech should be regulated must be physically removed. I'm not even memeing here. There is no reasoning with this kind of person.

...

...

I think porn should be illegal, it was only legalized in the USA by tacking it onto the first amendment.

...

Why can't I just offer an explanation of my positions on individual issues when the opportunity arises, huh Sup Forums?
Why must I be judged by an incomplete map that does not satisfactorily encompass my viewpoints? Well, Sup Forums?

No booze? What the fuck is wrong with you people?

what are your reasons for making gay and trans people illegal, is it a meme, trying too hard or are there actual benefits to it

you dont have to play, its just for entertainment.

...

If you could mold your own nation would you want degenerate trannies and fags running amok out in the open? Things were better when there was at least a veneer of decency and any sexual perversion was left out of the open. I don't want to have to talk to my kid about fags

>regulated free speech

turn in your American card you piece of shit

>all these people ilegalizing things because they dont like it

ilegalize yourselves, commies

>communist

I don't think you understand how this works.

I don't even watch porn but fuck you.
for gods sake why does a government need to be that involved in personal freedoms

There's certainly an argument to be made regarding the morality of the encouragement of transgenderism especially in medical terms, however I think we're past the point of an outlaw of the practice.

My personal reason for trans being one of the most regulated things on my list is difficult to describe. It comes from an odd place, myself being often tempted to transition. I understand what it's like to feel uncomfortable inside my own body and the desire to be the opposite gender. For one thing, I personally believe that it is not morally wrong for any individual doctor to refuse the practice of gender transition surgery. I do believe it is wrong for an individual to be totally legally barred from pursuing transgenderism.

Secondly, in the pursuit of transgenderism, one must beg the question if it is the individual's responsibility to be held accountable for coming to the decision to transition and to come to terms with their existence if the transition is unsatisfactory or their case of gender dysphoria vanishes post-transition, and they again feel trapped but now by an irreversible surgery. Or, if it is the governments responsibility to prevent transitions from occurring prior to the age of 25, at which point 95 to 99% (depending on region, race, biological sex, etc.) of cases of gender dysphoria naturally vanish (American Psychiatric Association et. al., "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition.," p. 455., British Library Cataloguing in Publication Data, 2013.). Also at this point, however, there is a massive falloff in the percentage of 'sucessful' (satisfactory) transitions, and a sharper increase in post-transition suicide rates.

Like I said, tricky issue.

>free speech
>regulated
You are no countryman of mine

addictive substances ruin competition on the market

OP here

I feel compelled to explain

This map doesn't represent my beliefs, but the place I think America is at right now.

But i made you (You) so

...

>Free speech
>Regulated
Kys

'Hard Drugs' includes nonaddictive hallucinogens mushrooms, entheogens etc.

Physically addictive drugs like nicotine, cocaine, opiates should be illegal

Nonaddictive hard drugs should be legal.

>authoritarian left
yeah sounds about right.
Give it till the end of Trump's term, we'll see how the compass fares. At least we'll most likely be more centralized once the autistic screeching is over.

Honestly if you're not mature enough to handle the temptation of alcohol you should gtfo. I respect sobriety but don't ruin something that most people can enjoy

I like you, but Transitioning should be somewhat regulated IMO, can't be having parents chopping their kids dicks off.

Get outta here you fucking homo

How do you know if you should have been born a woman if you HAVE NO FUCKING idea what it feels like to have tits / a vagina / a period. Trannies are mentally ill

Plz be my ai gf

>Gun control laws are strict

>There's certainly an argument to be made regarding the morality of the encouragement of transgenderism especially in medical terms, however I think we're past the point of an outlaw of the practice.

They're less than 1% of the population. It would literally be cheaper to institutionalize and shock therapy them for five years than to pay for ten years of their constant hormones, plastic surgeries, depression pills, and eventual post-suicide interment, as the democrats would have us do.

First do no harm. Encouraging or enabling self-mutilation is doing harm.

...

i see your point it is a really tricky situation but i agree for the most part about age restrictions atleast.

yeah i guess this is also true, sexuality should be kept in the bedroom really and not displayed so often like it is these days

>free speech regulated

I ree'd at flag
>Illegal cigs and booze but legal guns and regulated weed
JUST

feels good man

i appreciate the effort you put into yours

as for everyone else, calling for the regulation of free speech, im cringing at you, for you are no better than a libshit

Cigarettes are a waste of money and make your mouth taste like shit. Drinking is a degenerate pass time that can and will endanger others for no good reason.

Weed is not legal for recreational use, and is only allowed for epileptics or others unable to use something else

>having a problem with guns being legal
Eat shit coastie

t. smoker

>sexuality should be kept in the bedroom really and not displayed so often like it is these days
Sexuality being open encourages sexual freedom instead of the retarded judeo-christian faggotry that causes sexually unsuccessful pastors to diddle their kids. The more you encourage sex, and by extension the subjectiveness of gender, the less often will there be rape and stuff. A more sexually perverse soceity maybe but with most acts being between consenting adults.

>I ree'd at flag
not our fault none of the other states can get on our non-rectangular level.

>using paint

>>having a problem with guns being legal
>Eat shit coastie
I don't.
>Cigarettes are a waste of money and make your mouth taste like shit.
But what if I want to waste my money and smell like shit? It helps the economy.
>Drinking is a degenerate pass time that can and will endanger others for no good reason.
I had no idea that everyone who drinks endangers people. By that logic bars would be warzones.

Your allegiance should be to your country, then your state.
On that global scale where we play on, your state is meaningless.

>people unironically wanting to regulate free speech
>people who don't want to regular free speech still thinking they're deep into blue
you fucking high schoolers

your centralizationist talk won't sway me.
i'm a firm believer in increasing state rights

...

thats where you need to find an in between but thats very hard to do.

>Sexuality being open encourages sexual freedom

Which is exactly why it shouldn't be open

Your post is actually a far-left talking point that has been floating around since the 60s and originates with the Frankfurt school

How are we?

...

...

HAha this, you fucks dont like freedom?

>>But what if I want to waste my money and smell like shit? It helps the economy
Not too sure about that one.

>Smoking-related illness in the United States costs more than $300 billion each year, including:
>Nearly $170 billion for direct medical care for adults
>More than $156 billion in lost productivity, including $5.6 billion in lost productivity due to secondhand smoke exposure

>>I had no idea that everyone who drinks endangers people. By that logic bars would be warzones.
I don't see cancer being cured in a bar, and I haven't seen ethanol have a reasonable use beyond being a disinfectant. Beyond that, willingly choosing to intoxicate yourself is degenerate.

>your centralizationist talk won't sway me.
Its not "centralization" talk. It's patriotism talk. Your state is allowed to exist because of the United States. Ohio simply doesn't matter enough, and its foolish to prioritize it over the country its part of.

we're a federation, america is allowed to exist because the states agree to be part of a union

>>Smoking-related illness in the United States costs more than $300 billion each year, including:
>>Nearly $170 billion for direct medical care for adults
>>More than $156 billion in lost productivity, including $5.6 billion in lost productivity due to secondhand smoke exposure
thanks for that redpill, im impressed.

>I don't see cancer being cured in a bar
This doesn't make sense. So then just outside the bar cancer is being cured because theres no drinking?

>Beyond that, willingly choosing to intoxicate yourself is degenerate.
I agree, but everyone who drinks is not trying to get shit faced.

I'll give you smoking, but not drinking.

Your type of thinking is hindering the unity and growth of your country as a whole. States rights are a good thing, but this isnt the 1700s where a state can just up and go if they feel like it.

>Free speech
Total
>Gun
Like america

Christianity is the state main religion. Other religion can be practiced but they will not have the same rights.

>Cig

...

I'll just link one more CDC page, although this one is definitely not as well sourced as the other.
cdc.gov/features/costsofdrinking/
>State costs
>Excessive alcohol use cost states and the District of Columbia (D.C.) a median of $3.5 billion in 2010, ranging from $488 million in North Dakota to $35 billion in California. D.C. had the highest cost per person ($1,526, compared to the $807 national average), and New Mexico had the highest cost per drink ($2.77, compared to the $2.05 national average).

>The researchers found that the cost of this dangerous behavior impacts many aspects of the drinker's life and the lives of those around them. However, most of the costs resulted from losses in workplace productivity (72% of the total cost), health care expenses for treating problems caused by excessive drinking (11% of total), law enforcement and other criminal justice expenses (10%), and losses from motor vehicle crashes related to excessive alcohol use (5%).

TL:DR
Less costly than cigarettes (probably is actually a net positive for the economy actually). still more of a strain on the moral fabric of society

That can be endlessly debated, so I'll concede that this is more right-wing SJWism than anything else.

...

But free speech violates the NAP
