These are all issues that MRAs have to fight against feminists to get any recognition for, and have had bills and funding stopped in the past by feminists who were worried the male oriented focus of the issue was reducing help for women, even in areas where women's plight was already massively disproportionately acknowledged.

It doesn't attack masculinity, it attacks society's fucked up concept of masculinity that forces men to hide their emotions (something that contributes to depression, drug use, mental illness and suicide) and also makes them react with violence, which harms all genders. Also, why is "male authority" so important? I mean, it's been proven that women make better bosses than men. Part of that is because their more compassionate, something that men can achieve by being more open with their emotions, something feminism is fighting for.
