call OP a faggot or Trump dies in his sleep tonight.

If it was a ban on Musliims, maybe -- but it's not.

he didnt ban germans

lmao.

I don't believe that the U.S. Code is part of the constitution.

Are you saying the U.S. Code supersedes the U.S. constitution?

>If it was a ban on Musliims, maybe -- but it's not.

Are you saying Trump banned Christians too?

OP=faggot

but there is no proof that the entrance of refugees is detrimental to the united states. on the contrary, they actually stimulate economic growth.

get cucked, trumpfags

>ITT armchair lawyers pretend they know how to interpret the USC and understand the machinations of our legal system

or is its

>ITT shills post pictures to keep curious eyes from searching for the truth

maybe both?

The current argument as to why the ban is unconstitutional is that it doesn't grant due process to the visa and green card holders affected by it. It hasn't been ruled unconstitutional yet, and likely won't be.

Then why did Mike Pence call it unconstitutional?

ban is by country not by religion.
stop reading fake news, get your information from the source - just read the executive order, it's not even a long or hard to understand document.

>not by religion.

So Trump has banned Christians too?

Why does the Trump Administration fear Christian terrorism so much?

puts undue hardship on the states that have to deal with the mess it creates

thats like saying states rights didn't mean slavery during the civil war

Why does the Trump Administration, and by extension the GOP, hate States rights so much?

Doesn't the constitution apply to citizens? Are sandniggers honorary Americans now?

the list of countries was compiled by the Obama administration and no changes have been made yet.

Some liberals believe it constitution is a universal document that applies to everyone. They are so fucking wrong but that doesn't stop them from being fagots

constituteproject.org/constitution/United_States_of_America_1992#54

The clearly says that banning people from entering the US is allowed.

>the list of countries was compiled by the Obama administration and no changes have been made yet.

Is the Trump Administration incapable of creating their own list? Creating a list isn't very hard. Why can't crump do it? Why does he still need Obama to hold his hand?

Good thing its a nationality ban and not a religious ban then hehe

OP is a faggot

...

>They are so fucking wrong but that doesn't stop them from being fagots

Would that include Mike Pence? He seems to think it's unconstitutional. Why are you calling Mike Pence "wrong" and "a faggot"?

the US constitution does not apply to non-americans.

Why have the words "Muslim ban" been struck?

Why do you consider the opinion of a single lawyer to be authoritative on this matter?

It's not a Muslim ban.

I wish it was.

>the US constitution does not apply to non-americans.

Why did Trump pick a running mate who is clearly not familiar with his own country's constitution?

I thought Trump said he only hired the best.

>111193058
it takes time, using a list that is available right now based on years of intelligence work is a convenient way of getting part of the work done until final measures can be developed.
For example new vetting procedures that include recent social developments, which will allow for both better and faster processing of immigration once the ban is lifted.

ISIS has infiltrated refugee populations. Every major intelligence agency in the world confirms it. The 7 contries TEMPORARILY BANNED sponsor ISIS members and have ridiculous numbers of terrorists.

In other words, their refugee populations are likely to kill us.

The president doesn't need proof. The only thing that matters is whether or not he thinks a group of people should be let into the country.

I'm not sure how you thought that non-sequitor made sense when you were typing it.

this is what europes been saying since it became a 3rd world muslim caliphate.

>but they'll contribute!
>3 billion refugees on welfare later
>only 500 actually get jobs

Sick shit Alberto

Do Syrians have rights under the U.S. Constitution?

>implying the constitution matters post obama

top kek german

>Muslim ban
Repeating it ad infinitum does not make it true...... unless you are planning on memeing it into reality, in which case carry on.

...

the new ban isn't a ban on muslims, it's a ban for certain countries. his tweet has no relation to the new ban, stop watching CNN and reading bernie's tweets.

>they actually stimulate economic growth.
[citation needed]

It's spelled "non sequitur".

I'll guide you through my question, you seem to have trouble processing it.
>1) Mike Pence says a Muslim ban would be unconstitional
>2) You counter this by saying the constitution doesn't apply to non-citizens
>3) I asked why Mike Pence, whom Trump chose to be his running mate for VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, isn't aware of this fact

Do you think it was a good idea for Trump to pick someone who isn't familiar with the constitution to be his running mate?

Yes
A national ban isn't however

no

a lot of these niggers think that everyone outside of the US are entitled to our rights and benefits as a non citizen.

which only proves how spoiled and retarded these people are.

There is no Muslims ban.

There is a ban based on where you are from and where you have traveled. But no ban on Muslims.

>Why have the words "Muslim ban" been struck?
Are you new to the internet or something? Because the EO isn't a muslim ban even if it's being paraded as that.

>Why do you consider the opinion of a single lawyer to be authoritative on this matter?
Because it's the only person who seems to actually bother listing arguments instead of just going "it's unconsitutional!!!" "trump has business ties in the countries of a list created by obama!!!".
Feel free to refute it.

So, in short, people here have presented the US code, the US constitution and the process by which countries are added to the list.

The day Trump signed the immigration order the former head of OBAMAs immigration team stated it was legal. Libs just going for egg in the face as the 9th circus will be overturned like always.

Not our fault these backwards shitholes have extremely high percentages of Muslims. Crazy that Muslims tend to be the ones doing violent shit in Europe and their own countries in the name of Islam. I feel like there may be a connection between Muslims and violence done in the name of Islam, and just all around being fuckups incompatible with western society. However I need to do more research to see if groups like ISIS are REAL MUSLIMS or not.

>lowest job participation rate since the 70's
>highest poverty rate in decades
>record number recipients of food stamps

Why are we bringing people in if there aren't any jobs to be had?
If people want manufacturing to go to Mexico then why don't these people go to where the jobs are?

So you're saying a single lawyer who just so happens to have an opinion that matches your own is an authoritative source on this matter, while a FEDERAL judge isn't?

if it was a blanket ban on muslims and they were subject to a religious test or something it would be
But instead it's just a travel ban from a select few places and a temporary one at that
whoever set it up initially made a big fucking mess of it

The constitution protects American citizens and only American citizens.

If you aren't an American citizen the government has no obligation to help you.

>if it was a blanket ban on muslims

Are you saying Trump's ban covers Christians too?

>Alien
we cum in piece

the constitution requires the executive branch protect the states from invasion. so i guess when does an immigration become an invasion? when it is unlawful. so then the question is does the first amendment (freedom of religion) go so far as to prevent congress from making an immigration law that bans muslims. pretty sure it appies to the people already here. not foreignors.

The constitution doesn't apply to non Americans tho

You're a faggot

.>Muslim Ban
>Only effect 5% of Muslims world wide.

pretty sure the US constitution only applies on american soil, it's the usa's right to decide who comes to their country

pay attention retard:

IT
IS
NOT
A
MUSLIM
BAN

why are you so clueless as to think otherwise? who lied to you, abdul?

>The constitution protects American citizens and only American citizens.

Why wasn't make Mike Pence aware of this fact? Is he not familiar with his own country's constitution?

no there is literally nothing unconstitutional about saying the US should ban muslims

under no circumstances does the consitution even place a single restriction on the actions of private citizens

sorry pence, you're gonna have to shock yourself

So Trump banned Christians too? And you are okay with that?

Present me with their arguments why it isn't constitutional, at least my appeal to authority actually bothers listing the arguments.
Or can't you produce that?

If they live in the countries on the list yes. Apparently it's our fault that Islam is so shitty that there are like 15 Christians left in those countries because they've all been murdered or left but it is what it is.

Christians from Iraq, Syria, Iran et al are barred, yes.

The Constitution also enumerates authority regarding immigration to the Executive. Not only is it Constitutional, its backed up by statute and legal precedent, other Presidents have done this before, citing the same statute.

what does unalienable rights mean?

>Is the Muslim ban unconstitutional?

restrictions placed all citizens from country X aren't. if/when Trump places a ban on travel for all German residents traveling to USA, many bio-Germans will wish USA could profile and target slime.

ITS NOT A USLIM BAN

ITS A BAN ON VISITOS FROM CERTAIN TERROR-SPONSORING COUNTRIES

END OF POST

Cant argue with them diggits. Op is always a fag.

The Federal judge who disagreed with the Trump Administration listened to the arguments too. You'll have to introduce more convincing criteria than just "listening to arguments".

time.com/4660543/donald-trump-travel-immigration-ban-muslim-ninth-circuit/

It does. There's like a lot of court cases that dealt with this in the 1800s

>Christians from Iraq, Syria, Iran et al are barred, yes.

Why does Trump fear Christian terrorism so much?

The President doesn't have to prove it, hence the "by proclamation" part of the statute.

its an end run around checks and balances.

This is culmination of 100 years of the expansion of executive powers

Not what our founders intend. Not that some nufash mouth breathing authoritarian would care about liberty

How did you reach that conclusion?

>>implying the constitution matters post Lincoln
FTFY

I don't think that was factor of the order for the unconstitutional/legal challenge reason
obviously those countries are huge majority muslim and Trump wants to come down hard on them

Because based atheism is the only answer for people to smart for religion

yes, he banned christians too, nobody cares
why are you trying so hard?

The constitution only applies to US citizens.

Why isn't he letting in Christians from those countries?

He must fear Christians.

It means the rights are granted by God not the government, and thus can't (or shouldn't) be able to be taken away. Its a reference to the concept of Natural Law.

>they actually stimulate economic growth.
Yes goy, the only important thing is economic growth. Social and cultural cohesion is just a meme!

(Well technically they are just a meme, like int he classical definition of a meme but you get the point I'm making, Shlomo)

trump made a priority for minority religions in warzones to avoid genocides. I thought we were supposed to help minorities?

>he banned christians too

Why does he fear Christians so much? Is that the reason why he let Ivanka convert to Judaism?

a sovereign nation has the intrinsic right to say who does and does not cross it's borders.

Any arguement deviating from this fact is irrelevant and usually emotionally charged drivel.

OP is a colossal faggot.

OP is a faggot

Brock's new think blue really bought bots, kek

The problem is the governments of those countries not co-operating with the US government, making vetting extremely difficult and time-consuming, if not outright impossible.
It doesn't matter what religion they are, the fact is that you should know who the people coming into your country are.

Did you even read the executive order before commenting on it?

What if they are muslims that say they are Christian? They can do that you know.

can you not read?

That page says absolutely nothing of their arguments.

Why does Trump love to suck off the House of Saud, the greatest exporter of terrorism on the planet?

>a sovereign nation
>a sovereign

We are a sovereign nation but we are not ruled by a sovereign. We have a system for a reason

you can't protect the rights of people who aren't citizens of a country yet. the constitution only protects those born on American soil. im sure that the supreme court will have trump revise the EO on account of green cards and visas but other than that, its no where near unconstitutional. only literal mongoloids will tell you its unconstitutional.

they also need documentation issued by the government at some point, which I am sure will have their religion there. or at least a name that is christian or arab or jewish or whatever. if they're mixed in with large refugee groups, then the rest of them are going to know what someone is pretending unless the terrorist is some sort of religious super spy
