How does a mid 20s atheist get into Christianity? I vaguely understand its modern use as a balwark against completely stripping us of cultural identity, and against Islam. Yet I pick up the bible, read through it a bit and I just can't take any of it seriously at all. The good bits I find as more univerals. And in a modern context a lot of it seems very meek and weak. I feel the best I can do is just appreciate it from a historical/cultural point of view. I find this harder to do when I see how cretinous the modern CoE is.

Wales is a small socialist country next to England composed entirely of sheep, rain, dragons, an heroes, traditional Music and hobbits. Its capital is Cardiff, which looks good on the outside but belies an interior so decrepit that Glasgow sometimes fears for its position as the second most miserable place to live in Britain. The Welsh actually discovered America in 1170, which explains a lot. Not to mention a fucking shitload of Polish over-populating, especially in super wanky Wrexham. Wales are cetaceans which are neither dolphins (i.e. members of the families Delphinidae or Platanistoidae) nor porpoises. Orcas (Killer Whales) and Pilot whales have "whale" in their name, but they are dolphins for the purpose of classification.

Millions of leave voters have experienced the benefits of EU migration all that just as much as those who voted remain. And if the whole model starts to unravel, their howls of dismay will be just as loud.
The difference being, their dismay will be entirely self-inflicted.
Once the supply of migrant labour is halted, either the businesses that rely on it will shut down, or they’ll be forced to jack up their prices. The salt-of-the-earth people, with their ‘legitimate concerns’, will find that the huge payrise they were misled into expecting will a) never happen and b) would be negated by the increased cost of stuff.
Either that, or the government will leave the ‘unskilled labour’ tap running, because – guess what? – we needed it all along. It’ll turn out all those fancy metropolitan experts were actually not lying. And the salt-of-the-earth ordinary people will have to continue to suffer the indignity of sharing their bus with Lithuanians.
But hey, at least the NHS will be £350m a week better off. Right? And at least the Tory government, finally unshackled from Brussels, and now shackled solely to their millionaire backers, to Trump, and to their own foaming right wing, will do everything they can to help the working man and protect workers rights. Right?

2/ The culture of Whales consists of a staple diet of coal, coal, beer, hating the English, valium, coal, loving whoever is playing the English and corgis. The national food is the humble leek, although your typical Welshman is more likely to be found eating Welsh cakes. This substance is only marginally less indestructible than diamond, and about as edible. Wales has no famous musicians apart from a supposedly hilarious, rap-parodying band called Goldie Lookin' Chain, who are failing tryhards and Tom Jones. And Manic Street Preachers, Funeral for a Friend, Bullet for My Valentine and the Lost Prophets.
They did have a commie punk scene back in the day which pioneered under-amped math rock and under-amped girly emo with drum machines. If you ever spent time in an '80s college dorm with a "bohemian" girlfriend this may have been the make-out music that gave you impotence.

Why is the number of Poles in UK a problem? The same communities benefited from free movement long before Poles started coming to UK. It was UK government, elected by the same communities that opened up labor market immediately after EU expansion in 2004 even though they could legally delay it by several years. Lastly, it's the UK government that never fully enforced EU deportation rules.
This dissatisfaction should be pointed at UK government not EU. Voting to leave is trying to fix a problem where it doesn't exist. If this was the way of society showing middle finger to the elites, then it's a complete failure. Poor will become even poorer, rich will become richer and populists post-truth politicians will have more power than ever.

>Poor will become even poorer, rich will become richer That was happening regardless. At least this way we got a fun results night program out of it and I get to post Thatcher in her little EEC Jumper.
Also, the EU is not innocent in the spread of neoliberalism. They've always pushed for free-trade within Europe, hampering domestic protectionism. This is the valid "Lexit" argument.
And now I've remembered "Brexit the movie" and it's meme about FORTRESS EUROPA and remembering how the idea of voting remain out of spite came to mind.

> Indefinitely grow the population on an island
I'm sure there's no way this could go wrong. If the economic model truly relies on this, it needs to collapse sooner rather than later. Pro-immigration lefties are usually also big on the environment and global warming. Each individual you introduce to the system is worth a fucktonne of pollution, more green belt space built on and more energy consumed.
This is unsustainable idiocy at every level of analysis.
