Reposting to give y'all an idea of how court politics works
1. Do NOT expect the Ninth Circuit to uphold Trump's ban. It's not impossible, but they're well known for being the worst kind of cucks. Trump having the right to ban immigrants from other countries IS listed in the constitution, but the Ninth Circuit doesn't fucking care. The Ninth Circuit is what Harry Reid aimed for when he used HIS "nuclear option" to make it so only a simply majority has to approve Judges and Candidates that aren't on the Supreme Court.
2. If/when the Ninth Circuit upholds that SJW Judge's order to stop Trump's executive Order, the narrative is going to become "We can't let Goruch be approved." I think Trump will be able to get Goruch approved, but it will mean implementing a Nuclear option for the Supreme Court process.
3. Unless Goruch is lying about his legal beliefs(unlikely, but it actually has happened before with Supreme Court justices, see Justice Souter that piece of fucking shit), Trump will win out on this issue and many issues to come. Maaaaaaaaaybe Roberts cucks on one or two things like he did with Obamacare, but with this order? So long as Trump has a 5-4 majority he's good.
Basically here's the takeaway - Left Leaning Supreme Court Judges and Left Leaning Judges in general are panicking and melting down - they see themselves as the guardians of a fallen republic. Do not expect rationality from them, it doesn't matter how good the legal argument is they're literally the kings of legalese. Focus on getting Goruch confirmed and you win, albeit with the annoying few months of Plebbit and Washington Post gushing about checks and balances after letting Obama get away with murder for 8 years
