>mentally healthy
HAHAHAHAHA

I don't know man, i've been going here for a couple months the reality questioning is too much.

get out while you can

i stay productive by having a wage. my sense of humor preserves my mental health.

Whenever I feel depressed or suicidal, I go on the internet and shitpost/argue about politics: politics calms me down and makes me feel better. I'm a political science major too, so thinking about politics keeps me productive in my studies.

>productive
>implying
>mentally healthy?
>imppppppplying

I started working out and eating better last month. Lost 5 pounds so far. That keeping me both of those things outside of work. I'm also going to go to trade school soon to learn one, maybe welding.

I don't shoot myself, I get my school work done

By asking Sup Forums, you're already dong it wrong.

I think you already know what's required of you, but you're asking us as a form of procrastination.

How do YOU think you can become more productive and mentally healthy? And why aren't you doing it yet?

Oh, I'm underweight

Fuck, I hate the reflexive property of Equality.

Its a struggle, but being outside really helps me. Being in nature without the distractions of the world can do a lot of good for a person. Mediation also seems to help me remain mindful.

And I smoke tons of fucking reefer.

I troll /po/

>productive
Weed when I need to focus on a specific task, may it be tedious.
>mentally healthy
We might have a different definition of this. When I want to forget I drink, when I want to relax I listen to music, if it's not enough I'll use CBD.
I have to keep my mind busy most of the time because I can't do weed and alcohol on a daily basis.

I work
I do wood working
I am an outdoorsman
I lift weights
I drink a lot
I have a good amount of sex
I've been fixing up my 300 year old house
Basically i do a lot

>/po/
got it

I wish I had been smarter as a kid and was underweight now. Being overweight is much worse. Granted, I'm not that fat, 205 now at 6', but I really hope I can be less of a piece of shit.

Stupid fucking frogposter

...

6' 2" - 130 pounds, I'm lifting- still kind of scrawny...

REEEEEEEEEEEE

Literally 300 years old? Is it made of stone?

>pol
>working out

Good one

I'm not doing anything serious, but I had a good amount of extra money and was committed to changing myself, so I bought a bowflex max trainer from a friend and have been using that, along with some sit-ups, squats, etc.

I miss bushcraft, it's the only thing that really got me happy with no risk of getting bored at some point.
Problem is that I don't have time for this anymore, I do have sex but just as weed and alcohol if I do it too much I build tolerance and it gets pointless, vain, and I end up feeling empty.

I don't.
I keep starting but quit before they become habits.

It was built in the early 1700s. Farm house in upstate NY. Basement is a stone foundation. Mostly made out of American chestnut

dont do drugs it makes it worse

You need to make time to do things you really like to do otherwise it's all work and horrible. When I drink now, it's mostly bourbon or any type of whiskey

>Math/Physics
>Outdoors
>Knitting
>Cooking.

I know the knitting is a bit meme, but it helps keep my hands active.

I hold a loaded pistol to my head and slowly squeeze while reciting the pledge of allegiance, it really helps.

Adderall

20 hours of classes, lift 3x/week, swim 2x/week, shitposting 24/7

>How does Sup Forums keep productive and mentally healthy?

Work + university + hobbies (learning languages, running and gardening)

You know, I never realised until I've just written it out, I'm an incredibly boring person.
that's hot

Im a poli-sci/history double major as well.

What type of cigarettes do you smoke? Favourite drug?

sex and cuddles with my gf, reading them books, doing the yogaz and the meditationz, eatinnthem healthy foodz, and OPIOIDS

I work my construction job and after work and in weekends I do what I consider my real profession, leatherwork. I just get lost in that work and I love it, especially making saddles.

Now, I got a question, I had a customer inquiring yesterday about me making him a gimp suit. Is that degenerate to make it for him lol?

>pol
>Productive

Productive people don't waste the day complaining that they are being held back by Jews and blacks while idolizing a big government that's going to protect them economically at the expense of their countrymen

physical health:
>sport
>weight lifting

mental health:
...life balance
>hobbies: shooting/hunting
>socialise: join clubs and always be meeting new people, even if they are bp normie fucks, they can still be your friends

>organisation: create a calendar and start working on following it

I don't smoke or do drugs, desu.
Nice to see another polisci major. I'm thinking of taking up a philosophy minor.

i study math and i smoke marb lights

interested to see if theres some correlation between preferred cig and major

That depends, how much would he pay for it, and how much money/time would it take to make it?

Hahaha sorry. I assumed you were already graduated and employed.

I was a vegan communist when I was in school...youll be smoking and doing lines in a few years. And still shit posting on Sup Forums

Welcome to hell senpai

Cheers, santé.

The ride never ends.

Save me from myself. If digits I leave forever. If singles I buy cocaine

Work hard get drunk and try not to break the law.

Time and money would be very high, probably 70-140 hours designing, measuring, cutting, assembling, hand stitching (much better quality and durability than with a machine) and just a whole bunch of other shit, so it would cost a lot. He seemed like he's rich and he wanted it custom fitted and designed and hand made. I just hope he doesn't tell me his sick fucking stories

pic related is brutally true

>mentally healthy
user this is Sup Forums.

First saddle I did completely on my own

You're here forever, faggot.
Gooble gobble!

school or skilled job

Fuck. Dealers on his way.

Decide what my craigslist post for a whore says

I've been getting into minimalism. Not like the kind you see on YouTube, but just the art of getting rid of shit. At first it was hard, I was holding on to so much for no reason at all, but now I'm at the point where it's kind of addictive. I love getting rid of things now.

I find that having extra shit around adds to my anxiety, it holds me down physically and mentally. I've gotten rid of privacy 20 garbage bags of stuff in the past few months and I don't miss any of it. I'm happier, more productive, and just feel better not holding on to things that don't add any value to my life.

That's beautiful craftsmanship desu.
Also yes that's degenerate and you're one of you don't call him out onow it

Sleep by 11, waje up by 630.

keep off netz at least one hour before bed or the information salad in the brain keeps swirling.

I want of this ride user

Hitler did nothing wrong!

>productive and mentally healthy

oh you

my life. Get out and stay ignorant while you can

The only way to be productive or mentally healthy is to avoid both Sup Forums and the internet like the plague

>Productive
Full time job with mandatory exercises in the asscrack of the morning
>Mentally healthy
Eating right and reading.

Reaing. Almost done with my last Leon Degrelle book that's in English to my knowledge. Really sad there aren't more by this amazing man.

Heil Hitler.

...

Speak for yourself lad

I was unproductive and waiting to die before Sup Forums, because there was nothing of import to do.
The inevitable doom of Humanity have a way to instill in me the motivation to change History.

Work in 30 minute increments. Spend 30 minutes developing your app, 30 minutes shitposting, 30 minutes lifting weights, 30 minutes on youtube, etc...

And red pills, and i mean literally red pills because i eat quetiapine for My degeneration. So im lost cause but try still my best

Nice one frency..

What kind of productivity is it exactly ?

Fact check everything I read on pol, engage the other side in discussion (not debate), force myself to do all my chores, force myself to do an hour of something else productive, take the time to love my family and remind myself of the good in the world.

Play vidya all day and started a blog I post on daily so I can give myself the illusion that I'm doing something with my life.

Exercise, as boring as it is, really does a lot of good. You just need to force yourself to get 20 minutes of power walking or something per day. Something that gets you breathing.

I need to sober up, but im so fucking bored reeeee

So no job then?

...

kek

Make sure you put in some solid shifts of voluntary online propaganda for The God Emperor, at least.

SJWs need to be publicly but politely BTFO with facts in comments sections and I need a fresh supply of dank Trump memes to send to normie colleagues to make them laugh in spite of themselves.

>have to go to bed now, work tomorrow
>ree

fug, how do I leave? Do I have to go back to rehab and drop another 50 grand?

I used to comment on normies articles all the time for fun...
Then I was banned... so I lost all interest in triggering ppl...
Now I just feel sad and empty

nice bro

keep it up. I saw a photo of myself and thought "oh man Im fat" and lost weight

Respect brother

>Implying you can leave
Nobody said enlightenment would be pleasant.

You just pretend to be both and try not to be found out.

wowww, Floridian here, ive seen many saddles, but this has to rank among the best. Nice work

It really feels good. I'm officially masochistic.
Maybe I've been here for too long, I can't tell anymore.

Good job faggot why don't you post to pleddit for upshoots. NO ONE GIVES A FUCK

Feels bad man.

Wealth acquisition mainly, though it is obviously an instrumental goal.

It's nice to take pride in your work and master a craft. Showing others your own motivation and accomplishments can motivate themselves to do better, it sure as fuck motivates me.

...

I've met some floridians at leather shows and they always have some fantastic work.

Hey, I've been in Roma for the last month, it felt like hell. Bus was often one hour late and everyone was late at work, it didn't bother anyone but me though. Before this experience I kept complaining about France's lack of efficiency (I've traveled to most of Europe's northern countries but never in Italy before that).

What are your thoughts on Italy ?

I spend my free time learning french. I love language

>How does Sup Forums keep productive and mentally healthy?
HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHA

>keeping productive
I'm not a degenerate who plans to be a welfare monkey ever, so its pretty easy, plus getting bored is a help
>mentally healthy
ha, I've been mentally unstable for years, if anything my mental health decreases every year

>everyone was late at work
Need more info. What work?

>What are your thoughts on Italy?
Also need more info. What do you want to know?

It would take too long to explain what I was doing exactly but I worked at ponte di nona (looked like pripyat).

What do you think Italy is doing right/better and what would you fix if you could ?

Drop everything non-beneficial, listen to 1900s self-help books, find what you love and figure out how to get money from that, once you get it you won't do anything else.
Try meditation for the other one, sit for 10 minutes twice a day and repeat some mumble, focus on your breathing.

Regular intense exercise.

A good circle of friends.

A variety of hobbies.

A healthy diet.

Regular work (hopefully you enjoy it to some degree).

And a vision for what you want for yourself and your future.

>ponte di nona
I don't really know, I live in the north.

>What do you think Italy is doing right/better
Ironically Italy is doing overall worse than the rest of western Europe (and the big 4 in particular), however in our current political climate that means it's doing better than anyone else. Italy's economy has been stagnating for almost 10 years now. Youth unemployment is skyhigh. Manufacturing, which was the backbone of the Italian economy, is shrinking. And the icing on the cake are the earthquakes.

People are getting mad as fuck. Which translates to growing anti-EU, anti-€, anti-immigrants, anti-establishment feelings in a country which was already way more conservative than the other big 4. And that is awesome.

(*) at 4:07 it's "isn't that racist?" not "isn't that separatist?"

>what would you fix if you could?
Realistically, I kinda like where Italy is (unwillingly) heading to. Things will get worse before the get better.
