I don't understand this argument at all (not that I think the news media is being genuine, every day their work schedule looks like "Find something bullshit to peg on Trump"). It took Obama months to get the ball rolling, and most presidencies don't do anything of note for a year or more. I'd say in living memory Trump has done the most with his first few months in office. I didn't even vote, but the guy has done more for me in those months than Obama did in 8 years.

I don't hold it against Trump for not having accomplished much so far, it is only the fourth week in. However the Immigration EO was half-ass in execution and unnecessarily so. If he and Giulianni had said nothing, if he had kept his own departments in the loop, and if they had put more effort in the bill than a night before research paper and kept the focus narrow, he wouldn't have this problem. He still would have faced lawsuits but I doubt they would have been a serious issue.
If the administration would stop creating crisis by accident we would have a lot more slow news days with dancing cats and people whose passion is collecting postage stamps.

It means he's making proclamations that dont amount to significant action. They are just proclamations with little/no teeth. For example, he signed an order to build the border wall. but it can't be done without Congress approval of funding.

Executive Orders are supposed to be about intent and policy, it's what they are for. Obama using executive actions to enact new laws, see the dream act, is an inappropriate use of the office and possibly unconstitutional.

The travel ban hasn't been over turned, something the article also incorrectly states. This article is dumb. It just states Trump is doing what he says he wants to do, but it doesn't count when I interpret it through my individual lens of interpretation.
Take the pipeline for instance. It says Obama stopped it from being built and credits him for that, but Trump allows the pipeline to be built and now trump doesn't get credit for it because it's already mostly built and he doesn't have the legal power to let it continue, thus he doesn't deserve credit for it.

The enforceability of the 2 for 1 regulations is questionable. I don't find the repealing of consumer protection regulation as defensible.
I will concede to the hiring freeze and regulation review. However that action is on the more obstructionist of his promises that doesn't require much implementation.
