1) The reporting is skewed TOWARD your causes thanks to ideologically blinkered journalists.
2) How many fucking % are you then? Blacks in the US demand representation when they have more than their proportional demographics represented at the Oscars, and in reviews of top earning actors and oscar winners, in the last couple of decades.

Sharp as the devil himself, but you can hold the sword by the blade and strike with the guard kind of like a mace. Mostly used if your opponent was in "full" plate and you had no hammer.

The technique depicted is called half swording, and you can actually grab the blade of a sword without cutting yourself, so long as you don't allow the blade to slide in your hands.
As I understand it, longswords didn't have sharp edges on the lower section of the blade. Even then you wouldn't be able to just cut through a chain mail glove, you could grab it with adequate protection.

You didn't really kill them. You took them as hostages, because everyone who could afford full body plate was loaded enough to pay a nice chunk of ransom.
The killing of knights only started later whenmore mercenaries and so on got involved who simply couldn't ask for ransom.
Don't remember the name of the battle anymore or which faction fucked up, but there was one engagement between the French and the British were one side fucked up their deployment and the cavalry kept pushing the infantry forwards into the firing zone of the archers and had the infantry first turn on their cavalry and then had the cavalry commit to an already botched attack because they had lost too many to just pull out at that point. That was pretty much the turning point because the battle didn't go as planned so there was no way to stop the peasants from just storming the battlefield and slaughtering all the fallen knights to loot their corpses.
