THE LOGAN ACT AND FLYNN

And the worst part is: the ammunition is that Trump is a Russian shill - and old-school conservatives (like the ones in SENATE RIGHT NOW) will fall for that every time. Mitch McConnell is already calling for a FULL SCALE investigation of Flynn, and a probe of Trump and his entire team. No one is on Trump's side after this anymore. If you don't think they'll find ANYTHING from a full scale investigation, which McConnell said is "highly likely", you are praying for rain in a desert.
