It was widely acknowledged that Germans were the superior fighting force on the battlefield: better tactics, better intuition, better equipment, better physical condition, and endurance. But when it came down to it, they simply lacked the manpower and resources to outlast the Russian winter. Hitler made exactly the same mistake as Napoleon.
If Hitler had had rushed to Moscow instead of dividing his forces at Leningrad, its entirely possible that Germany could knocked out Russian factories and forced a surrender and we'd be in a completely different timeline.

No it it isn't, there is a 100 year long intellectual tradition on "Aryanism and nordicism" talking about the superiority of the European peoples and the Nordic place at the hierarchy of that pyramid. If the Nazis didn't believe that, they wouldn't even have used the term Aryan in the first place.

Germany was one of the most industralized parts of the most industrailized contientnet of the planet. It was incredibly rich the the natural resources important to early industry and had a centralized population to draw on.

First step was the Havaara agreement (which was stopped by britain) in 1933, then the Evian conference in 1938 (jews no longer could leave Germany after that) and then the madagascar plan ni 1941 (which was the idea of France but Madagascar then got conquered by Britain). It would have worked if the US would have been a bit more moderate and would have let Britain keep their empire... which is what the Nazis wanted to keep European hegemony over the planet.
US as #1 economic power in the world due to population and living space alone, Nazi Germany as economic powerhouse #2 in the world, with 110-120 million population with todays population density and being the European economic powerhouse and Britain still as the biggest empire around with Britain ruling over the relevant part of the planet.
In the end, remove the "balance of power policy" which Britain used for nearly 400 years then everything would have been fine. They would have to accept #3 economic power in the world while having the most influence... comparted to today, they are just #4 or #5 in terms of economy while having barely any influence at all.
We should send a time capsule to 1900, show everyone how the future looks today, and today the US, Britain, France, Germany and Russia would rule the world over all the others, while genociding all Africans and Muslims and keeping a population of around 1 billion in check.
