>Germany lost the fucking land of the people that created their country
How are Germans not made about this? Poland doesn't even have any legitimate right to that land. It would be like if America was forced to give all of New England to Denmark.
Why doesn't Germany want their land back?
Camden Hill
Elsass Lothingen was French They stole it in 1870
Jace Carter
>How are Germans not made about this? Because that's how it has gone for millennia.
>It would be like if America was forced to give all of New England to Denmark. No, it's like if Mexico was forced to give Aztlan to America.
Robert Reyes
Germany hasn't even been a real country since 1945.
Germany is basically Europe's beta test.
Nolan Thompson
>How are Germans not made about this? They are, but what are they supposed to do? USA will stop anything they will try to do. So because they can't unleash their frustration on others, they engage in an auto aggression by importing migrants
Blake Anderson
vae victis. as easy as that
Brandon Turner
Pomerania and East Prussia as I understand it were majority Prussian Populations and had been for ages but Silesia is inhabited by Silesians and the bits in between pomerania and Silesia were inhabited by Poles the point is is that land changed hands in Europe many many times before the outcome of WW2 and nationalism as an idea (because thats all nationalism is an idea) didn't exist as much before Italian and German Unifications, so nationalities weren't the cause of major uprisings. After the war the German populations in the new Poland and Czechoslovakia were forced deported from the lands and replaced with Czech populations and Polish ones. So in answer to your question Germans don't en-mass advocate for their lost territories because they don't want it (the land is underdeveloped compared to the heartland of Germany and would require funding to prop up) , its no longer german (the populace of Poland is something like 97%, Polish) and it would destabilise Europe.
Brayden Nguyen
pretty accurate.

>Poland doesn't even have any legitimate right to that land. If that was true, why do we call those lands "Reclaimed Territories"?
Stalin: 1 14/88 german american: 0
Anthony Baker
Poland lost their clay too.
Thank Stalin for pushing their shit as far to the west as possible
William Hernandez
>Poland doesn't even have any legitimate right to that land. You got to be kidding me right? Do you even know when Silesia first went under Prussian/German control?
Zachary Lewis
>I have no idea what I'm talking about Hohenzollern were brandenburgers, not prussians. It was called the Kingdom of Prussia, but Prussia was actually a duchy that they gain because they jewed retarded poles
Liam Cox
>this faggot again Christ.
Do you do ANYTHING else besides defending Poland on Sup Forums? Are you genuinely underage or just NEET?
Daniel Sanchez
You again as well?
Ryan Wright
Don't want to lose land? Don't start wars then, assholes.

Leave him alone I like his autism. He is a PIDF and he does it for free.

That land was never Germanic to begin with. They should be happy they got to keep East Germany at least. It's obvious that the people already start looking like Slavs from that point.
Austin James
those lands will never ever be g*rman again
Landon Mitchell
>Wanting current Germany to re-gain that land... Nah Senpai Let Poland have the east, at least they care about their history and culture
Tyler Wright
this, they push poland in germany for non-countries like ukraine
Jack Parker
>this miemaie Guess Northern Italy should also be returned to Germany as it was majority Lombard anyways… Hohenzollern were also Swabs before and now what? >Do you even know when Silesia first went under Prussian/German control? Do you know where Silesia got its name from? (Tip: not a slavic tribe) >why do we call these lands reclaimed lands Because some Poles saw a meme map describing how much Germanic territories they held in the middle ages. >Elsass Lothringen was French So you atleast recognize it isn't anymore.
Liam Parker
What I mean is germany was constructed around brandenburg, not the duchy of Prussia which was a posterior acsuisition. Prussia is not the "fucking land of the people thag created their country"
Robert Powell
Daily reminder WW2 wouldn't have happened had Britain backed French annexation of the Rhineland.
Noah Russell
Pomerania, Konigburg, and Silesia are inarguably german clay tbqh
Christopher Gutierrez
>How are Germans not made about this? They lost two world wars, they are lucky they even exist. >Poland doesn't even have any legitimate right to that land. Eh, historical claims are always retarded because they lead to the issue of "at what point does it get retarded to say 'these people used to own this land?'" However, west Prussia and Posen had Polish majorities. At the end of the day it no longer matters as the Germans in Poland and Czechoslovakia were expelled because they couldn't be trusted. >It would be like if America was forced to give all of New England to Denmark. Not really, more like if America was forced to give Texas back to Mexico after losing two wars. Like the annexed German lands Texas has a large Mexican minority and Mexico has a historical claim to the land.
Joshua Hernandez
Germany wasn't created on Brandenburg. Germany was created on the Northgerman Union and the states Bavaria, Baden, Württemberg and Ghgt. Hessen south of the Main. The Northgerman Union was based on Prussia and the other minor states that joined it. Daily reminder the Second World War should have happened then.
Adam Russell
Except that the Ostgebiete were Germanic before Slavs fell in.
