What are some ideas for indoor home hobbies? Here are some that I got:
Brewing beer painting Practicising instrument Quad-copter building instrument building (guitar) Sculpting and wood working would be cool, though personally I don't have a garage at the moment for that shit. Model building sounds nice, but I couldn't be inspired enough to do it.
So I have a few inside home hobbies on my end. Can anybody here add to the list? Like, realistic hobbies you could see yourself doing inside the house to break free from staring at a fucking screen. Something that adds substance to your character and makes you interesting.

I think the bigger problem is information overload. The computers, smartphones, etc. give us access to infinite information. We have become receptacles for a continuous stream of information and brief social exchange. It has changed the way people think for the worse.
The most important part of getting away from the screen is that we stop being receptacles and start actually doing something.
My advice is to start contemplating. Don't just ingest info and move on. It'll improve your memory too

Learning the basics of home repair can save you a lot of money and is good knowledge in general.
Same goes for auto repair; learning how to fix basic problems with your car is a great skill.
Learning how to cook will get you laid.
Growing and tending to plants or a vegetable garden will come in handy once society collapses.
Go to the library and find a story you enjoy, it will expand your imagination. A lot of people don't like reading because they're told in high school that anything not considered "literature" is a waste of time. Fuck that, as a hobby read what you enjoy.
