Communism on the other hand needs some sort of monolithic force that requires people to cooperate. I don't. When I hire people, it's because they walked into my store, filled out an application, went through the interview process, and they sign on the dotted line to agree to work for the wage offered. They have the freedom to do this or to not do this.
