Hey, Sup Forums

Hey, Sup Forums

I'm lazy and unhealthy. What's the best way to be less of a NEET pussy and man up? I need a boost of energy in my life.

What do I do?

Kek says take up a martial art and learn to fight.

Workout, the simple things help you know.
I know, I'm lithuanian.

Which one should I do?

Should I start jogging / running?

Do i lift? What do

For a start, have a routine workout involving calisthenics.
You'll grow your discipline and be more confident.
It's been told many time, maybe for a reason?

Brain force, and use a alexapur water filter.

Caveman has bone broth, try that also.

How many calories should you eat a day?

I'm 5'9, 190 lbs and its mostly fat

Give up something bad for you for lent, spend your newly found free time being productive.

Stop eating junk food

Stop masturbating

Go to the gym

>bone broth
How's that different to regular beef broth?

Do some push ups, planking and go for some walks. Discipline is what you are striving for. Your T levels will raise, you will feel stronger and more confident.

Buy a blender and start making shakes today. Raw vegetables will help your body get back into good health quickly. Like a week or two you will notice results, your skin will be much healthier and you will "glow", not even kidding.

Power ingredients:
Leafy Greens
Beet
Carrot
Red Pepper
Garlic (boosts test)
Ginger root
Oats
Pumpkin seeds
Yogurt
Grass-fed butter

Eat plenty of fish, shellfish and small fish like sardines and herring are OK to eat every day. Eat at least 5 servings a week of seafood.

Exercise.

If you drink or use tobacco heavily, reduce or eliminate entirely. Try not to eat refined sugar.

Stop using porn.

Military, honestly.

But if you wanna lift here is my routine:
>Monday: Squat, Bench, OHP, all 5x5
>Tuesday: 6 mile run in an hour
>Wednesday: Deadlift, Bench, OHP, all 5x5
>Thursday: 6 mile run in an hour
>Friday: Squat, Bench, OHP, all 5x5
>Saturday: 6 mile run in an hour
>Sunday: Rest

Also, don't be afraid to go to college. I don't know how old you are, but go to a community college and get some kind of associates degree/certification.

...

This post is excellent advice. I second it in its entirety.

Not much difference, it usually has more collagen (that jelly stuff that forms on top of stock or broth when it's in the fridge) in it which is great for you.

Read the Book of Proverbs and start applying it. Chapter 26 will be applicable in your situation.

>be me
>be 7
>at friends house for a play date
>he has to go poop
>I follow him into bathroom and help him construct a bridge of toilet paper spanning the toilet bowl
>he poops and it lands on the toilet paper bridge
>mom walks in
>sends me to gay conversion camp

NigGA I'm vegan and I'm still like OP. I'm literally autistic, but I wasn't born this way

Live the life of a healthy person.

>vegan

I think we found your problem user. Clean animal fat and protein are critical, I can't emphasize this enough. Grass fed butter and pure beef tallow are probably the best fats on the planet for human beings.

You need red meat and fish. Grains are completely unnecessary, but you can eat them in small amounts. If you do, stick to stuff like oats or meme grains like quinoa and bulgur, since they at least provide some protein and aren't pure starch.

Trust me.

>lazy

go to your doctor and explore what they can do for your persistent malaise.

testosterone maybe? thyroid problem?

also, sugar is in everything. stop eating it entirely.

5'11 and 196 and here, am I considered obese?

Do you even have a job?

How much of that is muscle?

Oh yeah, I forgot to add berries, especially blueberries and blackberries.

Watch out for strawberries through unless you are buying organic, they are hands down the most pesticided fruit you can buy in the average supermarket. You should be eating organic everything, but if you can't stay away from strawberries.

just start cooking your own meals, and cut the sugar out of your life.

also track and plan goals, and don't be rude to yourself. and no fapping.

Yes, and a home gym kek.

You can literally buy a power rack for like $350, a barbell for around $150, and a set of two 45 lbs for $100. Obviously, I've spent more as time has gone on such as dumb bells, pull up bar, elliptical, etc. But it's stupid to spend $350 a year for a gym like I was doing in college.

Plus, if you can't even set aside an hour a day to lift or workout you deserve to be fat. While I'm running on the treadmill I just listen to Molymeme.

Oh, and OP, get modafinil for the brain gains.

BJJ

>exercise. do cardio and your core as well. don't be a chicken leg/dad bod with good upper body.
>cut out fast foood
>fruits, vegetables, white meats, red meats, and fish.

why no fapping?

Start lifting, pansy. Also, get a job.

>I need a boost of energy in my life.
>What do I do?
>I'm also fat and gross, by the way

fix your issues one at a time.

the easiest thing to fix is being gross:
>shower daily
>clean shave every day
>brush teeth twice a day
>get and maintain a clean haircut

being fat takes some time to fix (depending on how fat you are). go to /fit/ and click the link in their sticky, it has all the information you need.

KETTLEBELLS LITERALLY ENCRUSTED WITH WEED AND THROWN OFF OF BUILDINGS FEAR FACTOR STYLE

>it's stupid to spend $350 a year for a gym like I was doing in college.

what kind of second-rate college did you go to that didn't have its own gym?

No one ever talk about us that are lazy and very healthy. Why?

This guy knows whats up OP
WEEK 1:
Cut all sugary drink and junk food, go for short walks

WEEK 2:
Begin cutting carbohydrates and excess fruits, work in jogging to walks and try some light weight lifting (isos like dumbbell curls)

WEEK 3:
Refine diet further: cut all carbs except marginal wheat based sources so you don't keto. Begin to cut dairy like cheese or non-greek yoghurt

Try sustained jogging now. Keep up with simple intro isolation weight lifts.

WEEK 4:
Transition more fully to lean (fish/chicken/turkey or select cuts of beef/pork) diet supplemented by things like nuts and spinach with sparing amounts of brown carbs

Be able to jog a short distance
Continue to familiarize with muscle groups via iso lifting

Begin looking into compound lifting

There you go, one month plan to get you started toward being /fit/

Chances are since you're a fat fuck I just wasted a good deal of time typing it out but make us proud you fucking leaf

It had one, just not very big and every piece of equipment was always taken unless at 9 pm.

Funny you made this, I was just thinking I need to do this the other day. I'm lazy and gross now. At 26, I could be so much better. Thinking of changing my lifestyles for Lent and seeing how it goes.

I'm 6'2" and 230. I think I should be like 180 or 190 or something.

And yeah, the fapping and porn is out of control. Brain feels like mashed potatoes. I wake up, go to work, come back, browse online, shit post, Sup Forums, porn, fap, go to sleep. Not healthy. After using Tinder for three years and hooking up with girls, I felt all depressed and quit. Don't even go out and socialize anymore.

No fap is mostly a meme although there is evidence that testosterone peaks before dipping after the 6th day of no fap

Generally no fap is a memetic for young men who have grown up addicted to internet porn to stop shooting their youthful vitality into kleenex

Fap every 3rd day if you really want a regiment, no fap entirely just adds another willpower hurdle that you don't have right now

From bones bro

If you eat 1,800 calories daily you will easily lose weight. If you start working out while eating 1,800 daily you will lose weight RAPIDLY, but feel hungry and tired all day. Also, if you start working out, once your body fat gets low enough your newly developed muscles will show. Cut your calories from carbs, keep you fat and protein levels high or else you will lose all of your muscles(if you have any) and your hormones will tank(from lack of fat). The hunger tapers off in a couple days when cutting calories, I suggest you visit /fit/ and look up scooby's calorie calculator.

one study from one single source from one single graph made Sup Forums think this is true.

I have no point so whatever the case is we dont know and need to be more critical towards sources
