Martin Schulz is a SPD candidate for Chancellor in September's German federal elections.
The last Emnid poll puts SPD at 32%, tied with CDU(Merkel's party).
Besides serving as a mayor of a small town, Martin Schulz has no previous experience in governing in Germany and is seen as a relative outsider to Berlin political establishement.
As a former president of the European Parliament he is a firm supporter of the European Union and further European integration. He vows to ease the austerity enforced on Greece. As a classic Social Democrat he takes aim at job insecurity, old-age poverty and promises to defend pensions, reduce temporary work contracts and revise Agenda 2010 labor reform.
Schulz demands to use enormous German budget surplus to invest in education, instrastructure and digital technology instead of using these money for tax relief on big incomes.

The polls are rigged. Don't believe them. There's no fucking reasonable explanation for the recent (fake) surge in support for the the SPD, or the apparent drop in support for the AfD. These numbers are manufactured, just like HuffPo manufactured a 98.2% chance of a Hillary victory on the morning of November 8th.
Merkel and CDU and state-run media are shilling hard to knock down the AfD, but I think their efforts are starting to fall on deaf ears.
Million of silent, shy voters in German now constitute a literal army of millions. This army doesn't act like a conventional army. It's quiet and non-violent, and each soldier works alone and independently, quietly putting the support behind the AfD in private while in public they bite their tongue and keep their mouths shut. >pic related

The poll numbers are being shilled hard by the government, the media, and Left-wing organizations like Correctiv which are behind the move in Germany to get ordinary people to report their friends and co-workers to Facebook and the government for allegedly spreading "fake news".

It's always this polack faggot making these threads.

Merkel doesn't believe in anything, she merely adapted a strategy of "assymetric demobilisation", pursuing and blatantly coping some of opposition policies.
It won't work anymore as SPD has a really strong candidate.
Nolan Price
Large parts of the population also hate the SPD, the SPD has been in the Government for 2/3 of the last two decades, trying to play the opposition party makes them look ridiculus. #fckspd was trending on german twitter for 24h in a row a few days ago.
>or the apparent drop in support for the AfD. Höcke being retarded at the wrong time infront of cameras kinda split the party in a moderate wing and a hardcore right wing.

He has never held any office in Germany except for being a mayor of a small town for some time.

How is being pro-immigration desirable, you stupid fuck?

>voting for a hebe >ever face it, you guys are fucked either way.
Christopher Sullivan
What's wrong with moderate immigration?
And Schulz didn't clarify his stance on immigration and refugees yet.
Jose Stewart
Everyone knows the "What refugees bring us is worth more than gold" quote, you fucking shill Go somewhere else. I don't even care anymore, get this fuck elected, accelerate our downfall. Just leave us the fuck alone.
Leo Gonzalez
He's an establishment politician and everyone except you sees it that way.
Owen Thompson
lol fuck this kike and the proxy fagging OP as well.
Luis Long
Yeah it's worth more than gold because we commit to our humanitarian responsiblities, defined by the Western civilization.
If you think that Schulz is blind on immigration and doesn't see that uncontrolled influx of migrants can cause rise in crime, then you are wrong because he strongly condemned acts of violence committed by refugees like Cologne sexual harassment. But an appropriate response to such things is not to close our borders and reject pleas for help, it's to set a proper EU asylum and migration policy.

The EU truly begets ideological cancer
Caleb Cox
He is an EU establishment politician, not German. He is untarnished by the CDU-SPD coalition so he can openly criticize Merkel and even his own party past policies. That's the point retard no one says he is pretending to be "anti-establishement" like all of these alt-right chimps like Farage, Trump or Le Pen who talk about ordinary people but in reality they always belonged to the elites. Schulz didn't.

You've got it twisted. We know Germany wants more control over the failing EU and this is how they get it.

>You've got it twisted. Or maybe you got it twisted. >We know Germany wants more control over the failing EU and this is how they get it. I wanted to ignore that as you don't even try to elaborate on your little conspiracy theory, but wait. Wait, wait, wait. Germany wants more control over the EU? That's why is Schulz doing according to you? So Schulz is for Germany? Kek. But Sup Forums is saying he is a self-hating globalist serving Jewish interests and wanting to destroy Germany.
Ethan Campbell
To what elite are the aforementioned alt rightists beholden?
William Gray
...
Jordan Morales
I didn't say that any of them\ are "beholden" to anything.
I said that Le Pen, Trump, Farage are elites just like the mainstream politicians, they have no idea how "ordinary" life looks like, they are just as hypocritical and superficial, if not more as they are the ones to claim they understand "common" people and represent their interests.
And about "beholding", Le Pen is obviously beholden to Russia and serves them well. I don't think Trump beholds to anything other than his ego. About Farage he is just ideological. However, both Trump and Farage, as long as they are anti-EU, they help Russia realize her geopolitical goals(to divide Europe and regain it's former sphere of influence).
