i gave up eating for 2 days last year and only drinked water. i honestly feel like the days were longer and i could study more but from time to time the hunger kicks in. i also gave up masturbation for 3 months and i never felt so energetic since my childhood, if you go long enough even if look at porn nothing happens to your penis unless you really force yourself into thinking it is pleasing
