So my local news sources published an article today saying that Bagdadi wrote a "goodbye speech" to the fighters in Mosul. In the speech he supposedly told them to martyt themselves or to fuck off to the hills. The article also says that the majority of IS commanders have already left Mosul for Syria and that the remaining IS forces are pretty much in chaos right now. It cites some Al-Sumariya news channel as source.
Does anyone have anything or have read anything that would support this? It's pretty good news so it would be nice if it's actually true.
