I have to go to the therapist now and had to wake up at 11(eet). I have slept for like 7 hours and a half and I am very drowsy.

I once had to go to work for 6 hours after only 6 hours of sleep the night before. It was hell.

Your diet is fucking terrible. If youre tired after 7 hours of sleep, then youre probably severely malnourished/dehydrated.

You're hanging with the wrong crowds or experiencing what it feels like to think more highly of people than they deserve.
You need to adapt tho' user - if you get disregarded, learn from it - adapt to it and apply what you've learned

i'm not saying you should hang out with normies all the time, but having friends that don't necessarily share your world view might be more than beneficial for your health and well being

5 years of collage taught me that therapy is mostly about making the patient to return to you as opposed to actually helping them.

This way, you get bankrupt and all the answers you needed from the therapist himself can be self-achieved if you have enough discipline as to the matter.
And if you think that him prescribing sleeping pills to the man helps, don't forget that you can get them over the counter without any problems whatsoever.

9/10 times therapy is used by people who are weak pieces of shit that don't want the responsibility and feel the need to share their perceived pain with others . 1/10 is a person that truly needs help and from what user is describing, this is a very easy problem to solve with just an inch of determination

I have a small stash of modafinil which I use if I'm groggy and absolutely have to be god-tier alert.

More generally you just have to work out the most reliable way you can get to sleep. For me I found that listening to comfy podcasts/audiobooks usually does the trick.

I used to need a lot of sleep. Now Im aeronautical engineering student and survive on 5-7 hours and got used to it. However my eye started twitching and im loosing my mind a bit, but I realize that and manage to hide it so no problem.

I chose a few hours ago to drop a class and take an extra semester to finish school. I'll just be more happy.

Right now I'm fat, unhappy, spread out my attention on work school etc and do poorly in everything. I'm just going to slow down a bit and regain healthy habits.

I have been awake for 36 hrs with about 4 hrs of sleep, I'm working a triple back to back which is how it is in my field. What's really crazy is that I had some horrible rash on my neck and I scratched it so raw that it was one uniform shade of dark red. My whole neck. So I applied makeup that is my skin tone over the whole thing. Yes it burned like hell. What's crazy is that it actually looks natural. It starts getting dry and looking strange so I just wiped it off and did it again. Burned like hell again. Don't know why I'm posting this. Oh yeah because it's Sup Forums.

For the last couple of days I've been getting about 3 to 4 hours of sleep and then going to work for 10 hours. Its weird, if I power through my sleepiness in the first couple of hours of waking up, I can end up staying awake for the whole day.

That's what happens, just fill yourself with shitloads of water and only eat to maintain your energy level. About half the times that I get this sleep deprived I actually am able to focus even better. I can only focus on one thing though. Good for work.

I try and sleep as much as I can now, days of adderal use kept me up for multiple days in a row and now if I don't get enough sleep it brings back mental issues from those days

Don't stop at D. Take a multivitamin as a good base, take C to help your immune system, and a complex B to help energy levels. I also take fish oil because apparently that does something. I'm gonna start, eventually, taking garlic supplements to clean my blood. We have never lived in an age where you can get almost all your nutrients from simple, cheap little pills. I had wires hooked up to my head and did a sleep study, as to figure out what was wrong with me.

Tests showed when I fall asleep I drop from wakefulness directly into REM sleep, i start dreaming right away, it gets pretty trippy when I fell asleep in class for a second, but I mastered all dream techniques long ago. I am constantly in a state of "sleep deprivation" because my brain does not get the proper rest from the other stages of sleep that come before REM.

Sleep deprivation puts quite the damper on my will to live.
My sleep schedule is completely ruined to the point that I only sleep every other night or so. I have to be up in an hour and I even tried going to bed at a reasonable hour, yet I could not fall asleep.
