Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

Let's be realistic here. What is my incentive to support those who will never provide as much value to me or society as I do, and DEMAND under threat of VIOLENCE that I work as hard as or harder than they do simply because I am able to produce more?
Why would I in such a society desire to improve my own productivity? What would by my motivation for even showing that I am in any way above average, instead of leeching myself?
