i was an athlete in my teens. mid-high level competitions.

230Kg squat when i was 18

Then I went to university and stopped working out completely. started smoking a pack a day, listening to merzbow and fucking passable dudes in the ass and all sorts of degeneracy.

I've been fantasising with the idea of starting to work out again, I've actually started dieting but i'm still over 15-20Kg over my normal weight.

Bench is for pussies. What is your max snatch?
