I was like this when I lived with roommates at university. I would write notes about when the other two guys arrived and left so I could avoid them at all times. I would piss in bottles because I was too scared to go out of my room if they were home and awake. I pretty much survived on junk food because I didn't need to prepare it or anything in the kitchen.
