I've studied the eschatology of different denominations and was always fascinated. But Irwin Baxter was the one who interested me the most. Chuck Missler is cool for trippy Christian stuff, but Baxter's take on the end time is the most down to earth and likely, IMO. That is if you believe in dispensational eschatology.
Baxter has made mistakes in the past and I don't think he's nailed every bit of end time theology, but some of the things he talks about make absolutely perfect sense to me.

So any time you do something sinful you'll start to feel actual remorse about it and want to change it.
God is a father and wants a family. A child is to obey his parents, but not because he HAS to. God wants you to look at it as, you obey Him because you WANT to. There are many reasons to take this serious, but God will provide your needs in terms of knowledge and other things if you ASK FOR THEM. This is the one mistake everyone makes. JUST ASK! TRY IT! well, i do believe we all are god, not gods. isnt it said god is everything? then so we are god too. this doesnt mean for me that we are all powerfull beings which should bend reality to their will though. i see it as that everyone of us part of the same. noone more important, noone less important. This planet, which also is god, was given to each and everyone of us, and as god it is our duty to preserve it and guard it in gods name, just as we should do with the rest of the creation, which also is god.

Gnostics call Christianity cucked when they think everything was created by a woman. This is a big pattern every false religion or belief system has, that creation began from a woman or from a serpent. Most gnostics became gnostics through drug induced confusion, the same way Simon Magus started his so-called school of thought. He was a drug dealer. Sorcery in the Bible is an altered state of mind that makes you susceptible to someone else's will. What Simon here would do is make people take some kind of psychoactive drug and then convince them he was doing magic in front of their eyes. He was a real piece of work that led many astray.
As for the we are all gods thing, I don't know how far I would go with that. I don't like to fill in the blank so to speak without getting the O.K. from the Holy Spirit to do so. That's sort of true. In a way prayer and petition of God to change things is what Sup Forums would call "meme magic". But what you ask of Him has to fall into line with His ultimate will for the future. You can't play slot machines with God. He will do as He wills, and if YOU do as He wills, or at least try to, He may do what you want too, because both of your will will be the same. You'll be operating on the same principle if you follow Him. Unlike the modern day which says you can make God do what you want through sheer force of will. That's not how it works unfortunately, you do what He says first, and then you will get what you need first, and then what you want second.
That being said, if multiple people who are of good faith pray to God for something to happen, it's definitely more powerful than one person on their own. And God even gives you a way to power up your prayers! It's called fasting. If you are fasting for God, He will see that and bless you. Prayers coupled with fasting are a sure way to get what you ask for. I believe that's how God got my father involved in the faith, when I prayed and fasted for him to think about his wrong ways.
Personally, I am perfectly content with and hope to God that I am worthy to the end of being one of the Sons of God.

The general belief that defines all branches of gnosticism is the denial of the divinity of Jesus Christ as the Son of God and Creator of all things, and anyone who rejects Jesus Christ as the Son of God and only mediator between God and man is an antichrist by definition.

Fasting can mean mere food or anything you indulge in that isn't quite bad for you but isn't useful to you either in the long run. I fast with many things, and these fasts never end. Like playing video games. I gave that up. Listening to music with worldly lyrics, or any lyrics at all that promote trashy things of the age. I gave that up too. I should fast from Sup Forums honestly, some days it leads me to sin. And yes, it's true. God does look on you with more favor if you do what He wants. And He wants you to give up your old life of sin and hedonism for Jesus' life of self sacrifice and boldness, which grants you ETERNAL LIFE if you are patient till the end. In fact, I'm going to do what even professing Christians would call crazy soon. I'm getting organized with a few other brothers in the faith and we are forsaking all we have and forming a community of disciples of Christ who all share funds and clothing and food with each other, like the early church did. As in, quit my job and forget my dreams, and go out into the world to preach the gospel every day. This WILL work because Jesus guarantees you it will in the sermon on the mount! See next post.

Ok, but the thing is. No one says Jesus isn't the mediator between God and Man (He certainly is). But you guys hate the idea of all spirituality and consider it all Gnostic.

people dont like disagreeing with them. and religion is always a topic that triggers people easily as it is possibly the most important oppinion there is, and certainly is felt as such by many. if you disagree with such a fundamental truth of course they get triggered, regardless of who is right and regardless of the others believes as long as they are different.
also i believe nothing wrong with making up your own religion. noone should tell you what to believe. look for the truths out there, create your own big picture, and improve it as often as possible and alter it whenever you gain new informations. if you come up with it yourself it probably isnt as bad as stuff some people want you to believe. as for myself, i dont care really what people think, as long as they arent assholes
